Make an unforgettable ski trip with family and friends. This spacious 6,000 square foot custom log home is one of a kind--referred to by the local community as "The Lodge". Just 2 hours from Orange County and Los Angeles, you'll enjoy 2 sitting rooms with 25 foot ceilings, lodge pole windows from top to bottom, 4 bedrooms with large game room (equipped with queen sofa bed and attached full bath), oversize fireplaces (3), custom rock work and wood paneling throughout.

The house was built new in 2005 and features top of the line appliances and conveniences. The house is 3 levels. The first floor, which is street level, enters into a large foyer followed by a expansive gameroom with fireplace and attached full bath. Stairs lead upstairs to the second level, where you find a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, large kitchen, and master bedroom with adjoining full bath. Expansive decks on the front and rear are accessible from the second floor. On the rear deck, second level, you'll find the spa, private and surrounded in the pine forest. The upstairs third level hosts 3 bedrooms surrounding a seating area with fireplace and expansive views.

This house has beds for 12, but can accommodate more if you bring sleeping bags. All first class appliances, furnishings and interior decorator touches abound. Located in the exclusive Big Bear Castle Glen Estates, this property offers privacy and space, it's backyard a 10 acre eagle preserve.

The house is located within 1 mile of two major ski resorts. In the summer enjoy the lake, within walking distance, for boating, jet skiing, water skiing and fishing. Bicycles (2 adult and 3 children) are available for use in the summer months.

Spacious and private, enjoy an apres ski beverage while soaking in the 6 person outdoor spa located on the rear deck, secluded, and surrounded by towering pines.
