Bright and airy newly refurnished third floor condo is direct oceanfront as it is right on the beach. Quiet location with no one above you. The condo complex is next to Ocean Annie's outdoor bar and walking distance to the Apache Pier which offers public fishing. All Myrtle Beach activities are nearby including Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, the Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage, golfing, restaurant row and shopping outlets; yet we are tucked away on quiet Shore Drive so you can relax as you enjoy the beach.
The oceanfront condo has two bedrooms and two baths with a queen sofabed in the family room. The guest room has new laminate flooring with twin beds, one with a pull up trundle, and can sleep three. The master bedroom has new carpeting with a pillow top queen size bed, plenty of drawer space, a window overlooking the ocean, its own bathroom and a door onto the oceanfront balcony. The family room has laminate flooring with a queen size sofa bed, flat screen 32' TV, sliding door onto the oceanfront balcony as well as double windows overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the ocean views as you relax inside or outside on the balcony.
The complex offers a pool, refurbished BBQ area, and coin operated washers/dryers. We are next to the famous Ocean Annies and close to foodstores, shopping and the Straw Market.
Rental price includes departure cleaning.
The complex does not allow motorcycles or pets. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo. The minimum age for renters is 25.

We absolutely loved your condo! It was in a perfect location. We loved walking next door, sitting in the sand and listening to the bands at Ocean Annies. The condo was very well equiped with everything we would need to feel at home. The decor was beautiful, just what we wanted for our "beach" vacation, light bright and airy. We were also impressed with how clean it was. Vivien was wonderful to work with. She made renting the condo a breeze. I can't say enough about our wonderful vacation at this wonderful location! This is the second time we have stayed in this condo under new ownership(we have stayed in this unit a total of 16 times!) and they have made wonderful improvements on the condo. It is well decorated and very comfortable. The view of the ocean from this unit is the best! Sitting on the couch, you will feel like you are on a cruise ship as there is nothing but ocean as far as your eyes will take you!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here last week and loved it!! This condo was great! It is really clean and had a very warm and cozy feeling. We had our two little ones with us (2 and a 4.5) and it was perfect for them! We had plenty of room for all their stuff and did not feel cramped at all. The kids also loved running around with no worries of getting hurt. They also loved going out on the deck and watching people on the beach. We loved sitting out on the deck when the kids napped and enjoying the sun and water. Because this is a corner unit, we got an awesome cross breeze with the windows and sliding glass doors. We never had to to turn the air conditioning on. What a treat! It was also close to everything that we could have wanted. Restaurants, food store, barefoot landing, and mini golf. I highly recommend this place, we cant wait to go back next year!!!
