The whole family can be together here--but there is plenty of private space as well. The kitchen, living and dining are all in one big room, so the cooks are not isolated from the rest of the group. There is a 42" HDTV with an HD DVD player and an extensive DVD and VHS library. The house is located on a dead end road, so there is little traffic...very peaceful and quiet.
The three level floor plan includes a mudroom to store all your ski equipment and remove outdoor apparel, and a washer/dryer on bottom entry level, two bedrooms, one bath and kitchen/living/dining on middle floor and two bedrooms, one bath and large loft on the top floor, for a total of 2000 sq. ft.
The ski area is located just 7/10 of a mile down the road with a multitude of winter activities. The championship golf course is just 2.5 miles from the house and is open from mid-May thru mid-October. During non-skiing months, there is plenty of other activities in the area as well. Northern New Mexico is a unique and very special place...visiting here is well worth the trip. |
