Villa La Estancia overlooks the Sea of Cortez and Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo with outstanding views of Lands End. La Estancia is a full ownership community with 24 hour front desk services, a Concierge to arrange all your activities, (make sure you do the sunset cruise) make restaurant reservations, secure transportation and take care of all your needs while you stay at Villa La Estanica. Imagine basking in the sun on the beach or pool drinking your favorite drink and seeing the amazing Lands End landmark.

The luxurious 6th floor privately owned Villa offers a huge terrace with a wet bar and a outstanding view of the ocean, Medano Beach and Lands End. Travertine marble floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and ceiling fans are just some of the fine features this unit offers.

The living area features a large dining table, buffet and entertainment center with VCR and DVD. The full kitchen including stove (with microwave and oven), dishwasher, garbage disposal, side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, washer and dryer and large pantry. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and small appliances.

The villa features two bedrooms with a king bed in the master bedroom and two queens in the second bedroom with three full bathrooms.. The Master bedroom features a jetted tub, separate shower, dressing table, and double sinks. Bedrooms come with large closets, dressing areas, televisions and telephones and security safes. You will feel like this is your home not a hotel.

The Infinity pools feature lovely fountains and a swim up bar for your convenience along with five hot tubs located throughout the property. Don't forget the executive fitness center, European spa and two lighted tennis courts. The poolside restaurant offers outstanding service for both lunch and breakfast and for you to enjoy your drinks and snacks by the pool or beach. If you have a rental car, parking is free in the 24 hr secure underground parking garage.

All Villa La Estancia guest also have full privileges at the two sister properties; Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Arco which offer several excellent restaurants along with Kids in Paradise children's program. In addition, a mini mall with a supermarket, deli, internet cafe is located on site. The area also features Wal Mart, Sams and Costco for stocking your full kitchen.

  • Went down to cabo for my first time to surf and had a blast VLE was in my estimation the best place on the beach. Great service and the villa was gorgeous. full kitchen and balcony overlooking the ocean. Will stay again comes dec. Love the Cabo

  • Wow! What a wonderful romantic vacation spot. The Villa is decorated with elegant charm. The sunset views off the stupendous balcony were stunning. The master suite is spacious and romantic. During the day we loved jet skiing, boating, enjoying Lovers Island and relaxing by one of the many pools. The bars in the pool were well used that week. The night life offered everything from fine dinning to causal dance scene. We loved the full kitchen and living room and they tempted us to never leave. We can't wait to bring the children because we know they'll love the zip line, golfing and fun ocean activities

  • What an exceptional place to relax and enjoy the sun. The condo is in mint condition with all the luxuries of a 5 star resort. The view off the balcony takes your breath away! The many pools and spa services were so elegant, I never wanted to leave. When I did leave the resort I was delighted with the wonderful variety of restaurants,nightlife and friendly staff willing to do anything to make your vacation the most memorable experience you could have . Can't wait to come again.

  • Stayed for one week in Villa 3607 on a girls week away in June of 2008. The unit is very big with plenty of room and 3 bathrooms. pool is the best and the views are to die for. 5 Stars all the way. Had a great time downtown at Cabo Wabo and did the sunset cruise the last night we were there, which was really nice way to end the trip. Looking forward to going back.
