Spectacular Family Style Villa on Medano Beach

Hola! This is a perfecto beachfront location for families with Medano beach providing gentle waves for the younger muchachos and the nearby Pacific side offering more action for the older members of the familia. You will feel like you are in Mexico when you stay in our villa! Our premium ocean view villa features airy 10-foot ceilings and enviable views of the garden courtyard, sapphire-blue Sea of Cortez beyond, and Cabo’s ‘Land’s End’ in the distance.

The beautiful pool features lovely fountains and a swim-up bar. Enjoy the five ocean-view hot tubs, executive fitness center, and European spa, with in-Villa massage available. There are two private tennis courts. The poolside restaurant offers outstanding meals, Enjoy your drinks and snacks by the pool or on the beach. Just ask one of the friendly waiters! If you have a car, the underground parking garage is free.

La Casona is a fine dining gourmet restaurant that offers outstanding dinners featuring wonderful cuisine and relaxing music. Room service is also available. All water at the resort is conditioned with it's own purification system for your convenience and safety. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available in the villa. Complimentary WiFi is offered in the pool and other general areas.

We had an amazing vacation! We tend to stay at VRBO’s a couple times a year. This is my favorite one so far! It’s a stunning unit with everything you would want or need. My husband and I loved the king bed and our bathroom was exquisite. The host went above and beyond to help us. (I asked a ton of questions). This is a slice of heaven in Cabo - far enough away from the Marina and crowds - but still close enough to see it and go downtown within a quick 5 minute Taxi/Uber. We will definitely be back!

The secure resort location is wonderful, with beach access and beautfiul ocean views. The villa was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The Patton family of Albany, Oregon are the owners of this villa at Villa La Estancia. Since living in South America for two years as a teenager, Mr. Patton has always appreciated the Hispanic culture. Mrs. Castleton- Patton and the four kids get better at Spanish every year!

This property provides a beautiful, luxurious, family environment. We love the cultural experience our children have while staying here. There is something for each of us whether it be relaxing by the pool or playing on the beach to swimming in the ocean.

What makes this property unique

While there is much to explore in Cabo San Lucas, it is not necessary to leave the resort to enjoy your time in Mexico. Everything you need is on the resort or nearby. You will find many activities just outside your door on the beach. You can eat at one of several restaurants at the resort or shop for food at the market next door. The beautiful spa provides many services to enhance your stay in Cabo!
