  We just returned from a week at this rental and it was FANTASTIC. The staff even made us a Thank You tiramisu. Everything about this home is beautiful and the location is close enough to walk and catch a vaporetto. It was very private with plenty of space for all 15 of us. THANKS AGAIN!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  The location of this rental was absolutely perfect. Close to canals, shopping, restaurants, train station, etc. The property manager was good, but had to be contacted a few times for things like burned out light bulbs. We never got the second set of keys he promised us. The unit was comfortable and quiet. A/C in all rooms was great! Kitchen was adequate. Private courtyard was wonderful. Washing machine was small and there was no dryer. Lines to hang clothes would have been helpful. All in all a great place to stay.

  We were very pleased with our stay at the garden apartment from 20 - 27 June. The apartment itself had everything we required and was very comfortable and well-appointed. Perhaps the most delightful feature was the garden which was an oasis of calm. We enjoyed reading and relaxing in the sun next to the fountain - a very restful and tranquil experience! We thought the apartment was well located in the Cannaregio district. We found this area to be an ideal place to stay: not too busy or too noisy, but with plenty of shops and bars and good restaurants very close to the apartment. In the evenings, the area had a friendly but lively atmosphere - just what we were looking for. The apartment was a very satisfactory base from which to explore Venice and we would not hesitate to recommend it. We would like to thank all of you for helping to make our stay a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Kind regards

  We stayed in the ground floor Apartment in November for a week to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with family. Having been a bit worried that Venice may be a bit cold and damp at that time we were pleasantly surprised and had a great holiday. The apartment was very cosy and a pleasure to return to after a day's sightseeing. Paolo was a charming host. The only downside was that we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Daniela again this time. Unreserved appreciation of your staff! We hope to return next year.

  Thank you so much for a wonderful experience in Venice. It was our first time to Italy and we traveled much of your country before we came to Venice. Without a doubt, the apartment exceeded our expectations, the city was much more beautiful than we ever imagined and your warm welcome and guidance of where to go, eat and shop was the icing on the cake. No where in Italy did we feel more welcome than with you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, what a way to end our trip to Italy! Come visit us anytime in Florida. Warmest regards

  This is just a short note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our needs. There was nothing that we could suggest to improve our wonderful experience. In particular, we appreciated your efficient, practical, responsive, and friendly service. Having chosen the whole thing via website i was a bit concerned how it would go, but it more than lived up to expectations. Hopefully i will see you again, best wishes

  My stay from March 23 to 28 now seems like a dream. It was the perfect place only a few short steps from another apartment where I stayed in 2008. Even Atilla, a local cat, acted like he remembered me! Being in a familiar neighborhood I felt like coming home. Paolo met the water taxi and was wonderful in showing me to the apartment. Your customer service is excellent. I had friends in for dinner one evening and we all said we could be comfortable living there. Only one negative....the time was too short as I was only there for five days. I'll stay longer next time. I can't stay away long from my beloved Venezia. I hope to be renting from you again for my trip in the fall of 2011 and will contact you closer to the time with some questions. I would definitely recommend you to friends and I already have.

  We had a wonderful holiday in Venice made all the more enjoyable by having such a lovely apartment. We really enjoyed being able to buy wonderful produce from the local market and little shops and cook meals together....having such a lovely garden was a real treat too. Comfortable beds, nice hot showers and beautiful pictures and and antiques to enjoy. We particularly appreciated having three keys....it meant that we could go off exploring on our own sometimes. Also the wine shop round the corner that fills your plastic bottles very cheaply was a great find! With many thanks
