I've stayed at this condo a few times over the last season. It is a perfect location, on the island, and only a block away from the Nautical Inn. The complex is gated, so it's safe for boat parking. The condo is very nice inside. Nice tile flooring, comfortable beds, and a neat game room upstairs with a TV. You can park on the street directly in front of the unit, which is also very convenient.
