Just minutes from all that Destin has to offer, but in a quiet locale for enjoying the peace and quiet. If you like fishing, golfing, swimming, boating or enjoy shopping till you drop, Destin has it all.

What to do besides enjoy our wonderful beach...
Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short drive to the Silver Sands mall to the West, or luxury shopping at Destin Commons to the East. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within a short drive. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come.
For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a vacation in it’s own right for shoppers you will have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment choose from Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill.
More great shopping can be found at the Destin Commons outdoor mall. When we were looking to purchase a condo in Destin, we looked at dozens of locations but once I walked out onto the balcony and saw that fantastic view I knew this was the one for me!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo offers a fantastic Gulf view and has a privacy gate with a wrap a round deck for enjoying the evening breeze. Having a corner unit also provides a larger bedroom so we are able to offer a king size bed for our guest.
Enjoy a morning coffee while watching the joggers go by. There is also a bike rental right next door to Camilles
One of Destin's oldest establishments. Enjoy fine dining right on the beach.
Pompano Joe's is a local and tourist favorite. It is also located at the public beach access.
A fun place to shop! It also has a Rave Movie theater and a Hard Rock Cafe among several eclectic shops.
Billed as the largest Designer Outlet Mall. You can shop till you drop!

Mike and I purchased this condo with the idea we would one day retire here. We instead moved here full time in 2000 but had a house built as Mike needed a garage! So we decided to use our condo as a way for others to have a great vacation. Mike and I do something new every year to the condo to keep it fresh and comfortable.

Perfect for family with 2 year old. Our child could play on the deck and go in and out with no worries because the wrap around deck is completely railed in, he loved it. Everything was wonderful, convenient, affordable and comfortable. Beach is actually closer than in the pictures and its so easy to come and go. We could also cool off at the pool after a day on the beach. For the price, this may be the best we have stayed at (especially with a young child). The Chicks' thank you!

Our stay at the Grand Caribbean west condo was wonderful. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. They had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella for our use. Plenty of bath towels so we were not doing laundry all of the time. Mike and Kathy were wonderful. We will plan on going back again. Kathy even called the morning that we left to wish us a safe drive home.

This condo was UNBELIEVABLE! Very clean and newly remodeled! First trip to the beach with our toddler and the condo not only offered all the essential beach ammeneties but was located directly across the street from the beach! This made for very easy transition trips to and from for naptimes, forgotten toys, snacks etc. The pool area was exceptionally clean! We will defintely being staying here again!

We just returned home from a wonderful vacation to Destin. This was the 2nd time to stay in Kathy's condo. Kathy is such a wonderful host. The condo is beautiful, with new decor, and furnished with everything you need plus more! The view of the ocean is beautiful. The condo is conviently located. We will be back again!
