The nicest condo in all of Crystal Sands can be yours! This 2 bedroom beachfront condo needs to be at the top of your list if you want the family to be impressed on your next vacation. Everything has been renovated in 2022! There is a king master suite on the main level and the second floor also offers a king bedroom with an adjacent area perfect for the kids with 4 twin beds. Crystal Sands 312 offers premium views that are hard to match as well as a large community pool, grilling area, and direct gulf front beach access! This unit comes with 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella from March 1 - October 31st. (Note; you can set up personal chairs behind the vendor set up, meaning between the vendor set up and the condo. But you cannot put up umbrellas or canopies, with the exception of baby tents. You can rent additional beach set ups from vendor for $60/day). This complex is just 1 mile from all the great shopping and dining at the Destin Commons, not to mention Bass Pro Shop and state-of-the-art AMC Destin Commons Theater! Crystal beach is near the heart of Destin where you will find all the fun you need when not at the beach including go-kart tracks, bowling alleys and The Big Kahuna water park, deep sea fishing excursions, and even kids Pirate Cruises! Don’t settle for others when you have the chance to lock in the best unit in Crystal Sands!

Not only was the location good and easily accessible, the view is absolutely stunning. It was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze, the sound of the waves, and the beautiful view. The beach itself was superb. The sand is white and soft, probably the best sand I've seen in Florida. The water was clear and warm (even in October). This rental really made for a quality getaway and the responsiveness of the property manager was excellent. We were just a few minutes away from good food and groceries which is a plus as well!The only small critiques I'd have is that there were no beach towels in the unit and the beach setup doesn't include them either. Not a big deal, but surprising a bit. Lastly, there was construction next door which provided a little undesirable background noise during one of the days of our stay. Just a heads up for those who are staying in the more near future. Truly, the trip and the rental was wonderful! Big fans and would stay again!

The condo was amazing! We were so impressed with the space, how cute it was and the view was amazing. We enjoyed being able to walk right down to the beach every day! It was a great location as well. We had 4 adults and it was more than enough space for our family!

Overall Our stay was great! I would say could be little cleaner overall- attention to showers, floors especially! Also, notes on where all amenities are located (blow dryer, iron, etc)I was also little surprised on lack of basic kitchen ckeaner as well as no hot pads!!!We enjoyed the complexAnd ease of walking to the beach and area neighborhood adventures as well as quick trip to local great shopping and restaurants!

This condo was picture perfect! The layout was great for my family of 4 with 2 teen kids. The beach was incredible and having chairs included for beach service was a great savings! It was quiet, but also close to town for dinners and nightlife. We loved everything about it - I couldn’t rate it better! 10/10! Communication was excellent and I can’t get over how pretty and well decorated the condo was!

What a hidden gem

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to a flight cancellation we had to move our dates. Modern vacations bent over backwards to help us with our problem. We drove up to unit and were not impressed at all. But when we went inside, it was stunning. Immaculately clean. Beautifully furnished and just steps from the beach. Definitely dont judge this book by its cover. Modern vacations was amazing and even let us check out late because our flight was delayed. Do not hesitate to rent from them. Wonderful stay, wonderful accommodations, and great service.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Crystal Sands 312B for a week for fall break. The beds(2 Kings and 4 twins) were all really comfortable. The condo was beautifully decorated. The sunsets from the balcony were incredible. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. We needed a working vacuum and more towels. I requested them late on the first night, and someone responded and brought us a brand new vacuum the next day, along with more towels.

Beach getaway

We live locally (just a few miles away), but just wanted a cute place on the water to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. It was myself, my husband, our daughter and her 3 best friends. The condo itself was absolutely perfect from the minute you walk in. There was instant, easy communication. From driving directions to the building, to entering and use of the condo and location. The loft is the absolute cutest area ever! We are very familiar with the area and couldn't be happier we chose this condo. The location is walkable and very safe. Thank you for providing a great space for a quiet weekend getaway.

Great Location

The condo was extremely clean and very well stocked. The location was great and the views were beautiful. However, there are 2 public beaches on each side of Crystal Sands private beach, these people flow over into the private beach area. One day they took over setting up in front of our chairs and huge groups hanging out in the water right in front of the paid beach chairs. I had to complain to the chair guys. It got a little better after that. If you are looking to relax with your family at the beach in a controlled environment… beware! Also people who stayed at Crystal Sands smoked on the property and at the beach next to other people who paid for their chairs. This is a smoke free property and that was not enforced. We walked over several cigarette buts on the outside stairs walking up to our condo. These are my 2 big complaints… public beach overflow and smoking on property. Other than that, the stay was great.

Annual May Get Away

This property did not disappoint. My husband and I come to this area twice a year. We are starting a tradition of inviting someone with us is May. So, this was our first time sharing a condo with family members (another couple). The space worked out great. Location is just what we wanted. The view is beautiful. The condo is so tastefully decorated. This will definitely be our May spot. Communication leading up too, during and after the trip was great. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location!

On the beach! Walkable to restaurants and shops. Property manager very responsive. Comfortable beds, living room furniture not so much. Very clean. We would stay here again.
