Enjoy a quiet spot conveniently located within the loop of central Austin. This is a beautifully maintained and refurbished home with lots of woodwork. The yard has several mature trees, including pecans.

Friendly neighborhood with lots of people taking walks and riding bicycles. One block away is the Hike and Bike Trail which follows Shoal Creek to downtown and Town Lake.

All within a few minutes walk: great grocery store (Central Market), local shops, Kerby Lane Cafe, yoga studios, a cute neighborhood park.

This home has an extra bedroom with half-bath available within the same unit.

    • My partner and I just returned from a 10-night stay in this wonderful house in Rosedale. We loved every minute of it. Kathryn and Chris made us feel extremely welcomed. There was ice cold Kombucha and beer in the fridge, plenty of nice towels and soap in the bathroom, loads of space to spread out and relax, and the kitchen was totally stocked with everything we could ever want, including a juicer, food processor, and all the other appliances you'd expect in a fabulous kitchen. Plus, everything was so clean and spotless! The neighborhood is also a gem, with lots of nice walks nearby and a community pool just down the road. I highly recommend staying at this place, and ask if you can get a tour of the kombucha factory - it's a gem!

    • My partner and I stayed a month in this beautiful house and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in this centrally located residential area. The house is a stone's throw away from Shoal Creek, a fantastic place to take your bicycle for a spin. Many yoga schools are in the area, with my personal favorite being Bikram Yogagroove at the end of Shoal Creek. The owners, Chris and Kathryn made us feel more than welcome and even contributed to the terrific stay in Austin. If you get a chance to try the Kombucha they home-brew, you won't be disappointed! Since we've been back home, we haven't been able to find anything like it. If we ever get a chance to go to Austin again, we will definitely try to stay here again!
