The stunning villa is a spacious one bedroom, one and a half bath home filled with original art, sculpture and Native American pottery. Perched high on a hillside with panoramic red rock vistas, the romantic aerie features two private view balconies, one off the spacious master bedroom and the second off the great room.
Bubble in a roomy two-person whirlpool tub that adjoins your glass-enclosed shower with its pebble floor and amazing views. Twin copper sinks and lady's vanity are set in luxuriant polished verde granite. A separate enclosure houses the wc.

WOW...what an incredible place to stay in Sedona! This villa is beautifully decorated and the views are "postcard perfect"! We loved everything about Casa Romantica! We enjoyed sitting on the deck every evening by the firepit with our glass of wine and cheese & crackers (served on Fran's beautiful pottery:-) watching the sunset. Nothing like it! We really felt like we had all the comforts of home! We enjoyed cooking in Fran's amazing kitchen too! Thanks so much for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

You know there are those people in life that you just know are just salt of the earth and downright good people. Fran is one of those. Although we were unable to stay with her because of a death in the family she was totally understanding and empathetic and refunded our deposit in full. In today's world meeting people who keep their word is highly valued and unfortunately rare. Even the people we met who new Fran said they would never rent from anyone else. The Hoskins

How fabulous this home is. This was our first visit to Sedona. There cannot be a better way to experience Sedona and all it has to offer than staying at "Casa Romantica". Fran was a wonderful host and everything was impeccable. The decor as well as the location were both stunning. Shopping and great dining were literally steps away. We cannot wait to return. This villa is impeccably built, crafted and decorated! Fran has thought of every touch to make her home welcome and relaxing. Her museum quality artwork and pottery is delightful. Being a chef on vacation, her kitchen is a dream to work in. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This rental is an gorgeous place to play and to work, as well as do nothing! The office has everything a working person could need-fax, computer, printer, phone. The kitchen-with gorgeous pottery [handmade, mostly by FRan!], copper pots, and a fully stocked spice cabinet, is magnificent. the other rooms are equally lovely. And Fran with her 'boys'-two adorable dogs-is full of help amd good-will. We had a splendid time!Carla

While these photos are breathtaking, they don't do justice to the real thing--this is a fabulously beautiful home that puts you smack dab in the middle of one of the most stunning places in the nation. And owner Fran--to say nothing of her adorable dogs, Sundance and Cassady--are the perfect hosts for a relaxing and memorable visit. You won't want to leave. My list of things I loved include the perfect kitchen, the firepit on the deck (a wonderful place for an evening cocktail), the scrumptous bedroom and the feeling that I was "at home." Add to all that a convenient location that let me get around Sedona easily. I highly recommend this first class home for those who want a truly great visit to beautiful Sedona.
