The beach has never been more beautiful than it is looking down from the 15th floor of Palazzo! Our new condo gives you the feeling of being on a cruise ship without the fear of sea sickness. Yes, you can enjoy the beach with all of your senses during your stay. At night the roar of the ocean lulls you to sleep. After a wonderful night's rest you can enjoy that first cup of coffee while lounging on our spacious balcony which has access from both the living room and master bedroom. Linger as long as you wish with that coffee but just remember the soft, sugar-like sand is waiting just below you.
The condo itself is the epitome of comfort. Each beautifully decorated bedroom has its own LCD TV/DVD player. The living room has a 46" LCD TV with Blu-Ray DVD for watching your latest movies. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need for preparing your favorite meals. There is a grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance of our unit.
Palazzo is conveniently located near Pier Park, an all in one event. Pier Park has shopping, theaters, and dining. You will find Palazzo is near enough to the hub of activity to be fun, but far enough away to be private.

Janet and I started taking our children to the beach 35 years ago and continue to this day. We have been to many beaches but found the Gulf to be the most beautiful.Even though the Atlantic is closer to our Northeast Georgia home, we can't resist the pure white sand of the Gulf. In July of 2008 while staying at a friend's beach home, we decided to buy. We had two requirements---it must be ocean front and near activities but not too close. We found the perfect place on the 15th floor of Palazzo.We bought it, furnished it, and now we want to share it with you.

Great stay at The Palazzio

We had a wonderful time at Panama City once again and this was our first time at The Pallazio. The condo was great and decorated very well. Beds were SOOOOO nice and comfortable and slept all night. Very nice condo and loved the location. Only thing we didnt like was there wasn't a ramp going to the beach. We always carry our cooler and beach cart with us to the beach and it was a job carrying all our stuff down but we made it work. We did mention that to other owners who were there and they are going to see about getting some wheel chair access to the beach. All in all, we loved it and will definetly be back! Weather was beautiful,water was blue and beaches were immaculate!

Thank you, Fort and Janet, for allowing us to spend our vacation in your beautiful beach condo. It had everything we could have wanted or needed. We have stayed at many condos that were advertised as three bedroom, and when we got there, it was more like two bedrooms and a closet. Your condo, however, was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room for everyone! It was wonderful having three full baths as well. The view from the 15th floor was awesome! We saw dolphins playing a few times, as well as stingrays. Needless to say, we could see for miles! It was a very relaxing and peaceful week. I particularly enjoyed the chairs and umbrella on the beach that were provided. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your home!

Photos don't do this beach home justice. It is spacious, amply supplied, comfortable - PERFECT! We had such a wonderful time. The layout, view, beach, pool, and location were just what we wanted. Owner is gracious and very accomodating. Thanks for a special, memorable trip for our family.

We had a wonderful time with our family making memories with our grandchildren. The condo is beautiful, the water and sand are so inviting and the area is very nice. The condo is close to Pier Park, shopping and great restaurants and the view of the Gulf is awesome. Thank you Fort and Janet for letting us enjoy the beach and each other in such a wonderful atmosphere. We plan to spend time there again in the near future.

Condo was great! Very well stocked and very clean. We usually bring towels and washcloths from home since most condos don't provide enough. We had plenty here. The notebook of notes and suggestions was also very helpful. Most definitely will stay again. Thank you for letting us add an extra night at the last minute.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the condo is gorgeous! Everything was new, spacious, with great decor. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay and we'll definitely return. The owner was very considerate and made sure all was taken care of. The weather, condo, and location was beautiful! The water was crystal clear and turquoise in color. We had a very relaxing vacation and didn't want to leave!

This beautiful, spacious condo was a big part of making our vacation so wonderful. Everyone had plenty of room. The condo itself is impeccably decorated and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Loved the fact that we had the beach chairs/umbrella taken care of, no lugging big items to/from beach. The view of the gulf is gorgeous. We take care of my father who suffered a stroke about a year and a half ago, he doesn't get around very well because the entire right side of his body was severely affected by the stroke. These accommodations made it possible for him to be comfortable in his surroundings. He loved sitting on the balcony and being able to watch the ocean and people on the beach. You get everything you see in the listing for this condo and much more. It is centrally located to shopping and attractions. The entire property is very nice, everything is clean, and everyone is helpful. This truly is a home away from home, I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Fort and Janet.

Fort, Our week long stay in your unit was absolutely amazing! We are natives of Panama City and I am a REALTOR here. I show condominium units along Panama City Beach to customers on a regular basis and Palazzo is by far one of my favorite buildings. We had family come in from Texas and it was a real treat for them to stay on the beach. Your unit is CLEAN, wonderfully decorated, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay.
