The beach has never been more beautiful than it is looking down from the 15th floor of Palazzo! Our new condo gives you the feeling of being on a cruise ship without the fear of sea sickness. Yes, you can enjoy the beach with all of your senses during your stay. At night the roar of the ocean lulls you to sleep. After a wonderful night's rest you can enjoy that first cup of coffee while lounging on our spacious balcony which has access from both the living room and master bedroom. Linger as long as you wish with that coffee but just remember the soft, sugar-like sand is waiting just below you.
The condo itself is the epitome of comfort. Each beautifully decorated bedroom has its own LCD TV/DVD player. The living room has a 46" LCD TV with Blu-Ray DVD for watching your latest movies. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need for preparing your favorite meals. There is a grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance of our unit.
Palazzo is conveniently located near Pier Park, an all in one event. Pier Park has shopping, theaters, and dining. You will find Palazzo is near enough to the hub of activity to be fun, but far enough away to be private.

Palazzo is a newly constructed condo that has all of the ammenities necessary to make a beach stay perfect.Unlike many other condos, Palazzo has only 129 total units with parking conveniently located directly under the building.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
While staying at Palazzo we enjoy the unique raised pool and hot tub that is located four stories above the beach. Also, there is a great workout area with new equipment.A pharmacy and grocery store are within walking distance. Panama City's newest shopping and entertainment center, Pier Park, is only 1/2 mile away.

Janet and I started taking our children to the beach 35 years ago and continue to this day. We have been to many beaches but found the Gulf to be the most beautiful.Even though the Atlantic is closer to our Northeast Georgia home, we can't resist the pure white sand of the Gulf. In July of 2008 while staying at a friend's beach home, we decided to buy. We had two requirements---it must be ocean front and near activities but not too close. We found the perfect place on the 15th floor of Palazzo.We bought it, furnished it, and now we want to share it with you.
