Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$115/night .. $785/week (7 nights) Rates slightly higher peak times and holidays.
Half rental amount due at time of booking. Remainder rental amount and $350
security deposit due 10 days prior to check-in. We accept PayPal cash transfers.
Security deposit is returned within seven business days if no damage and house is
clean. Don't want to clean? We can handle that for a $85 fee deducted from your
security deposit.
Check-in 2 p.m., Check out 10 a.m. unless other arrangements are made.
Last minute reservations welcome. If it's available, it's yours.

Why the Owner Chose Lexington
I have been visiting Lake Murray since the early 1970's. I love the lake and spend every minute of free time possible on the lake. Enjoy fishing, boating, tubing, skiing, watersports and spending time with my wife and kids on the water.

Great location. Close enough to Lexington to be convenient, yet in a quite area of the lake. House has a boat and fishing dock, hot tub, fireplace, washer/dryer, full kitchen and central heat and a/c. High speed Internet and Wi-Fi. You'll love it!
