This condo is over 1500 square feet, plenty of room to spread out and play games. One Master Bedroom downstairs with Queen bed & TV, full bathroom.
Two bedrooms upstairs- one with a Queen sized bed, and one with 2 sets of Double/double bunks. (double bed on bottom, double bed on top) Shared full bathroom in between.
This condo has a large living area with tall ceilings. Solid wall of windows with pool & lake view. Very Comfy.
Kitchen is stocked with everything needed plus more.
All linens provided, including Luxurious sheets & towels.
Beach towels provided.
Large Flat Screen TV w/ DVD player.
FAMILIES ONLY-NO LOUD PARTIES. This is a quiet family unit.

Why the Owner Chose Conroe
April Sound is the best neighborhood on Lake Conroe. It has all of the amenities and is gated guarded. I don't know of another guarded and gated neighborhood on this side of the lake where you can drive your boat to so many restaurants and shops, and be back home in 5 minutes!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Walking across the bridge and jumping in the huge pool. Frying the fresh catfish you just caught for dinner. Walking over to the gym pretending like I'm actually going to work out, yea right! End up hanging out at the Marina instead, watching the boats taking off.

Your condo provided plenty of room and ALL the necessary amenities. (we loved the shower dispensers). It has ben awhile since our family has all been able to take a vacation together because of varying schedules of the adult children and the time we had together here was wonderful. We are from Chicago and came down for the Renaissance Festival, What a great place to stay. We go all out with costumes and for the first time, had enough room for all of the costumes and accessories. We will never get a hotel room again! We come every year and will definitely try to book your condo from now on. Convenient to the fair and all of the restaurants and shopping! Dinner on the patio with the lake behind us a highlight. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This home is so beautiful. Very tasteful decor! We had a blast and everything was so close by it. We really enjoyed the view! We thought it was great you had movies, games and magazines. We love the set up of the table! It was great weather, and a GREAT stay. Taryen, Kayla, Dacey & Leigh My husband and I travel quit a bit and must say WE LOVE YOUR PLACE! We truly felt at home here. Our purpose for our travel was to go to the Ren Fest fair, we had plenty of space to spread out as we had a lot of stuff!! My husband cooked for the whole group. The kitchen set up was good!! The view of the lake was awesome! This was also my birthday weekend. It was nice sitting outside with my birthday cake. This is definitely a "re-do" when we come back for the fair next year. We stayed at April Sound #4 in July of 2009. We found the condo online and ended it for 5 days. We also rented the Kent's boat for our entire stay. Let me just say it was money well spent. time will invested. My husband an I fell in love on a lake in Arkansas over 15 years ago. on this trip we brought our best friends and or 10 & 12 year old daughters I can't explain what it was like to introduce boating ad skiing to the girls! I have a feeling they are hooked. YEAH! while we did enjoy most of trip right her at the condo, we did eat at Sam's Boat- Very good! Natchez, MS We also enjoyed our trip! My husband has been working long hours and needed this! Usually we go to the each but our friends are moving soon so we decided to see the area... they are moving near Montgomery. We had so much fun I (haven't skied since a child) skied and knee boarded! My 10 y/o learned how to ski & my 7 y/o had a blast on the tube. Thanks to the Kent's for making us feel so at home.
