Please note that our camera died just as we took pictures..of the house..so as soon as possible we will add a picture of the outside of our home.
Our place is a great size for someone who needs the feel of a home rather than a hotel ..the rooms are spacious..the kitchen can handle tow cooks and has a sink on each side..we installed white appliances since we have moved to our new home ..but they are in good working order.
There is a seating area in the front of the house and a small tiled area on the side, off the sunroom where you can BBQ.
We have a big screen tv with a dvd player and cd player for your convenience.
At the club house and around the pool..there is wifi available.
Upon request..it may be possible to pay a neighbor to let you piggy back on her internet connection..this is to be determined in advance.
This house has a lot to offer ..it is a corner lot...with great neighbors who take great care of their property.
We keep the garage..so that our personal things are not in your way..but you have access to the washer and dryer that is situated there.

Why the Owner Chose Deerfield Beach
We bought this home because of the proximity to all major Highways.I95, the Sawgrass and the Turnpike. We also loved the peaceful surroundings and the fact that we where only 10 minutes from the beach. Our family has grown. We now have 6 grandchildren and it is a bit small when they come to visit.. As visitors, you will have lots of room and than some. One of the best things is that our neighbors are great (very friendly yet reserved)..most are 55 and plus..which makes it a quite yet active place to live in..We finally found a bigger home and live just ten minutes away..so if you need anything..we are close by. Our garage is not included in the deal..since we need it for storage..but there is room for you car on the other side of the garage door..so you will not have any problems with parking.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage One Story
We love the pool area..the hot tub..shuffle board etc..not to mention the tennis court.. you can take long walks without needing to deal with traffic..We enjoyed being close to all the little shopping malls and the super Target ..without the hussle and bussle of being downtown. We are hands on owners who seek to please..plainly we want you to come back next year..
