Additional Information for guests:

★Pet Fee:
We understand that your furry companions are an integral part of your family, and we're thrilled to welcome them. For the comfort and well-being of both our human and animal guests, a non-refundable fee of 100 USD per pet is applicable per stay. This fee helps us maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our space, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone. Please inquire if you have more than 2 pets or if any of your pets are over 40 pounds. And yes, we provide pet food and water bowl and waste bags for FREE!

★Enhancing Safety:
Our Ring and Blink security cameras are strategically placed in common areas, such as the entryway and exterior (front yard, side gate, and backyard/pool area) of the property. The cameras are motion-activated and do not record continuously 24/7. They are in place to help ensure the safety and security of our guests, their belongings, and the property as a whole. Please note that there are no security cameras inside the house, as we fully respect your privacy.

We have a driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars depending on the size (No street parking)

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 9 p.m. - NO parties or events are allowed.

We provide two FREE propane tanks for the outdoor firepit and grill. We ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. Please no smoking inside the house.

★Pool Service: The pool can be heated and is serviced every Friday. This may occur during your stay. During the Fall and Winter season, the pool heater runs daily from 4 AM to 6 PM and the temperature is set to 85F. For any changes to the pool heater temperature or timing, please inquire. There is an additional pool heating charge of 50 USD per night. This is applicable only during the fall and winter months.

★Lawn and Landscaping Service: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. This may occur during your stay.

★Pest Control Service: The pest control service exterminates in and around the house on a monthly basis. This may occur during your stay.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

We request all guests disclose the number of people that will be on the property at any time to comply with local laws and VRBO policies. Fines up to 3000 USD for any damages or violating the house rules.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Loved our stay at the Luxe Villa Oasis! Heated pool w/slide was perfect for our grandkids, while I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! Place was very clean, kitchen appliances and both baths were updated nicely, and host was always available and accommodating to all my requests. Close to beach too. We will definitely be returning!

Three generations stayed in this home and we all had a wonderful stay! I loved relaxing in the hot tub. My kids, especially my grandsons loved the pool slide, the ping-pong, the air hockey and the cornhole. It’s not easy to drain the energy of two preteen boys, but with all of the amenities they were worn out by evening! The host Aayush communicated well and frequently to resolve any issues. I highly recommend this VRBO!

We had a very pleasant stay. Aayush was extremely polite, responsive, and accommodating. The experience was amazing— the property was spotless and thoughtfully set up. The games kept our kids entertained, and the pool was perfect with a shallow area for kids and deeper space for adults.The backyard speakers were our absolute favorite. We spent evenings outside playing music at a low volume and enjoying the relaxing backyard vibe, along with the fire pit and tiki bar. The PlayStation games were a fun throwback to our childhood and truly incredible.The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Anytime we needed something or had a concern, we messaged the host and he responded promptly and resolved it right away. Everything you could possibly need was provided—beach towels, pool toys, and beach toys.Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come again.

Beautiful property for our mini getaway with friends and my dogs. So many options for fun and games and a beautiful pool and slide. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms state of the art!There isn’t much green space in the backyard for dogs to do their business, but the neighborhood is lovely for walking. There are some friendly neighborhood cats. One even joined us for a walk

Nice, comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood

Visiting family nearby, inland, we were looking for something better value and closer than beach lodging. For a bit more than a hotel or a small beach apartment, we got a spacious, modernized house with our own pool, laundry, easy parking, and a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. As a veteran of these kinds of stays, I can say it is always welcome when a listing matches the house well, including photos, condition, and amenities, and the host is responsive. Good work.

We have had at least 6-8 rentals for varying reasons. I have to say Aayush was hands down the most responsive, unbelievably responsive. We had an operator issue with the smart lock. I texted Aayush and he responded in less than a minute at 11:00 in the evening. We had to text him a few times for features such as turning on the waterfall. He always responded immediately. The house was exactly as advertised, warm welcoming, gorgeous, comfortable and fun. There are more interesting games we played than we saw in the photos. Everything worked flawlessly though we couldn’t start the hot tub but, again, I think that was user error. The pool guy—also friendly, nice and engaging, told us about the property book and said it worked. He suggested downloading an app. We didn’t (hint: we’re all retired). My last observations are, the neighborhood wasn’t just gorgeous, but quiet, eerily quiet, and beautiful. There was some music and children laughing from one behind us. We liked what they were playing. One of my companions shouted, “Turn it up!” They did and then back down. Also, everything you can imagine is 10 minutes away—literally everything. Some areas at the edge of the neighborhood and beyond weren’t as affluent but nothing too sketchy.Overall, 5 out of 5…OK, 6 out of 5!
