Why the Owner Chose Mesa
Our parents had "wintered" in AZ for 20 plus years, which made it nice for us to escape the dreaded winters of the midwest for a week with our daughters as they were growing up. While visiting them in 2004 we decided it was time for us to invest in a place of our own so we could begin looking forward to the time when we would be able to spend the winters in the warm sunny Southwest versus the cold Midwest.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
There is a golf course right there, so we can play and then relax afterwards near the pool. There is always some kind of organized program being offered, so in no time you feel like you are part of the community.
