  our group of 12 had a great time staying at this home!!!! the house was clean and exactly how it was described. The owners were excellent in answering our questions and making sure we enjoyed ourselves. i would defiantly come back and also recommend them to my friends and family for sure!!! the pool area was such a great place to hang out with our group.....i will stay here again.

  We rented this property for a girls' weekend, and everyone was blown away by how perfect it was! There was plenty of room for everyone (14 girls) to comfortably sleep and the house was gorgeous beyond imagination! The pool is fabulous for a large party, as is the very large living room and kitchen. Rosie and Mehrdad are spectacular hosts and were so accommodating. The house has every amenity and is very close to a beautiful, private beach. We had the best time and would love to rent from Rosie and Mehrdad again! I searched many comparable properties online and this was by far the nicest and the most reasonably priced- we are so happy with our choice!

  The home is as upscale as the pictures. The beach is great. Homeowners, Merhdad and Rosie, were very friendly and professional. Rental deposit was returned on time as set forth in rental contract. The only suggestion I would make is that curtains are needed in some of the bathrooms. Rent this place. It's fabulous. It's a great value. You will have no regrets.

  WOW, what an amazing experience and amazing Malibu Mansion. I have never rented a property on VRBO or any other online rental site, so of course I was hesitant and leary of what might happen, to my surprise this was an excellent rental site. The Malibu Mansion was absolutely lovely 5 Star all the way, the pictures really don't do it justice, From the moment I sent my inquiry the owner Mehrdad was on top of it, he responded quickly and very professional no detail was left to question. What was even more special about owners Mehrdad and Rosie was that I initially was to rent their other Malibu MansionVilla Shiraz which is equally lovely, but after visiting the mansion there were some parking restraints for my guest of 50, just when I thought I would have to cancel my celebration Mehrdad immediately offered Villa CalCAre to me to rent, he was so kind and sweet wanting my party to be a success. It is now February and my party guest are still talking about the lovely home and what a great time everyone had, my children can't wait to visit in the summer to swim in the pool!! Thank you again Mehrdad and Rosie for allowing me to rent your lovely home. I give this rental 5 star rating and highly recommend to others.

  What a wonderful place to stay! 17 people from 6 to 87 years old and all had a great time. The house is spectacular and the hosts are wonderful and were extremely helpful. We would all love to go again. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are wonderful. The atmosphere is elegant, yet we all felt very much at home. Believe me the house is even better than the pictures on the website and the owners extremely helpful.

  I held a small staff retreat at the property and we had an amazing time. Would absolutely book again. Mehrdad and Rosie are so wonderful to deal with. Was absolutely peaceful and the views are amazing. We made popcorn and watched screeners in the movie theater. The hot tub is clean and well kept. Beds were so comfortable - BONUS! Loved it.

  What a fantastic place to share with family! Villa Calcare had the space to accommodate all of us (16 sleeping over and 10 daily visitors!) where we could be together, alone, or in small groups, easily! A very spacious home with every amenity! We were able to cook meals for everyone in the fantastic kitchen, and enjoyed the pool and spa everyday! The walk to beach was easy. Location was ideal for LA county family to easily get to, with little traffic at this end of PCH. The owners are delightful and very willing to help make your stay memorable. The front entry is a terrific place for a great family photo!!!

  We rented this estate for a family gathering and our vow renewal. It was absolutely perfect - I have only positive things to say about every aspect of this rental!! Mehrdad & Rosie were extremely accommodating, very friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Having never been to Malibu and living too far to visit the Villa prior to securing the reservation, I was initially nervous - but Mehrdad & Rosie answered all my questions and were always very quick to respond. The Villa was much better in person (which is hard to believe with the amazing photos displayed). I was worried about the house being crowded, but there was more than enough room for the 13 people we had staying with us. The open floorplan with amazing ocean views was breath taking, the kitchen was perfect, and the outdoor areas are all beautiful!! The home layout is amazing and allows room for everyone to get together and also gives privacy and space should it be needed. Our 8 yr old loved the theater room, the surround sound, and watching tv from the jacuzzi tub lol. I'm not sure that I could pick a favorite, but waking up and hearing the ocean waves as I look out at the Pacific Ocean from my bed is pretty hard to beat. All of our guests loved the home, had wonderful things to say about it, and found it very comfortable and accommodating. The private beach was also amazing - so peaceful, walking distance from the house (even for our elderly guests), and a wonderful way to spend the afternoon or evening watching the sunset. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone vacationing in or near Malibu!!! I definitely wasn't ready to leave. We actually plan on staying longer next time and making it an annual family gathering location. Mehrdad & Rosie thank you so much - we will see you again!!

  We rented the villa for our wedding on 10/06/12. The property is simply breathtaking. The owners, Rosie, Mehrdad and their daughter Roya were the most considerate hosts. We highly recommend the villa and we can't wait to stay here again. Thanks!!!
