3 Bedroom / 2 Bath Deluxe Condo - 2 beautifully decorated Master Bedrooms, each with King Beds, a full kitchen and large living area with large doors that slide open to give an indoor-outdoor connection to the ocean and beach. The two Master Bedrooms have their own access to the main patio that includes a Jacuzzi tub, BBQ and breathtaking views of the well appointed grounds and the beautiful Las Conchas beach. For even more privacy, a retractable patio divider is capable of separating the main patio into two smaller patios. Master #1 has a luxurious spa feel and includes a private Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a dramatic sheer drop picture window overlooking the beach below. There is also a Queen pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. The third Bedroom has a Queen bed, a Kitchenette, a twin pullout sleeper chair, a small dining table and its own balcony with beautiful views of the Morua Estuary. (Sleeps 9 adults)
2 Bedroom / 1 Bath Kitchenette - A beautifully appointed Master Bedroom with a King bed with access to the main patio where there is a Jacuzzi tub, BBQ and beautiful views of the pool area, the Sea of Cortez, and Las Conchas beach. The Second Bedroom has a Queen bed, a large Kitchenette with stove, microwave, small refrigerator, and a small dining table. This room also has a twin pullout sleeper chair and has its own private balcony with incredible views of the pristine Morua Estuary. (Sleeps 5 adults)
1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Deluxe - A Luxurious Master Bedroom with a King bed, private Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, full Kitchen and large living area. Beautiful main patio overlooking the beach with large doors that slide open to give an indoor-outdoor connection to the ocean and beach. A sheer drop picture window in this Master overlooks the beach and ocean below. This unit has the finest finishes found on the beach! Please bring protective bedding/moisture barriers to protect the bedding if this is an issue. Renters are liable for any damages to Mattresses and Furnishings.
