  Our stay at this beautiful home couldn’t have been better! From the beginning the owners provided timely information and feedback. They were prompt and professional from start to finish (communication, payment, feedback etc.). The home itself feels like a 6 star hotel/penthouse with high end furnishings, amazing views, and great interior accents (wood beams, custom paintings, stocked bathroom/kitchen/bedroom, fully integrated technology, etc.). We also had great responsiveness from the Tessoro staff and they gladly provide you with anything you need (activities, towels, etc.). The pictures only just depict the beauty of this property. It is secluded and provides a nearly private beach and calm atmosphere while being quite close to downtown and all the “action” (10-15 min max)! This unit is fully loaded with anything and everything you would need during your stay. The keyless doors and private elevator were great to have! The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped. The premises were kept extremely clean. The beach is by far the cleanest/nicest/sandiest in the area. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and family and will definitely come back here in the future! Thanks again for over-exceeding our expectations. Cheers! A. & K.

  My friends and I spent a week in this lovely condominium. It was everything I was told it would be and a great retreat for the four of us. The weather was a bit hot so we didn't get to enjoy the great patio as much as we had hoped but the view could not have been better. The owner even made sure we had kayaks for all of us the length of our stay. We did most of our own cooking and the kitchen was perfect. It had everything we needed. I got the bedroom with the view of the estuary and the morning sunrises were amazing. The staff on site was very helpful, particularly Gasper, who helped us with the Kayaks and even got me a local newspaper after I had asked where I might get one. I would definitely stay here again. While there we got to Kayak the estuary and snorkel with sea lions at Bird Island. If you go to Bird Island I would highly recommend going with Oscar with Del Mar Charters as he was well informed a great host and took good care of us.

  This property is a jewel. Tessoro is ideally located at the end of Las Conchas Beach. It is a beautiful property away from the houses on Las Conchas giving a feeling of seclusion I didn't think possible in Puerto Penasco. The condo itself is furnished to live in full time: comfortable and tasteful. The balcony provides a tremendous view of the ocean and Puerto Penasco, with the added benefit of a hot tub on the balcony. There would be no reason to leave the condo, however, with the pool right outside Tessoro and the beach and ocean not much further, it is bound to happen. The owners and staff on property were all very accommodating and were happy to answer any questions and provide suggestions for places to eat and play in Rocky Point.

  My family and I had a wonderful ttime at the condo!!! it was like having our own private place!! including the pool and the ocean!!! this condos made us feel like in home!! We all loved it and we are looking for a date for our next vacations to go back to this marvalous place to stay a few days relax and have a wonderful vacations!!! :D I loved it!!! and I am sure that everyone will love it too!!! RECOMMENDED!!!

  El Tesoro is beyond spectacular. Neither words nor photos do it justice. I would compare it favorably to many five star resorts in the south of France. Although I did not have chance to enjoy them, the spa tub in the master bedroom and the jacuzzi on the balcony were spotlessly clean, as was everything else. The linens were crisp and fresh, and the dishes and silverware were spotless. This is arguably the safest area in Puerto Penasco/Rocky Point. The entrance to the Las Conchas area has a guard gate 24/7. After passing through the first check point, there is a secondary guard gate at the entrance to El Tessoro. Once you are in the building, a private elevator takes you directly to the unit. It is an aside, but I got stuck in some sand while making a U-turn a mile or so from the building. To my infinite delight, I discovered (about 30 seconds later) that I had been "tailed" by a roving security detail, who helped get me out. Normally the last week of July should be peak season. Having said that, we had the pool to ourselves the entire time, and I saw only one other family on the beach during our entire stay. It is blissfully serene and private! The views from this unit are unforgettable! During the day, you can almost reach out and touch the pelicans flying by the balcony, diving for fish. At night, the whole of Puerto Penasco is visible from the balcony. Speaking of views, if you get chance at night, take the private elevator up to the RG level. RG stands for Rooftop Garden. It is as yet unfinished, but offers 360 degree views of the town, the sand dunes, the estuary, the Sea of Cortez and some high end homes. I have been a frequent guest at the Four Seasons in Miami, since one of my siblings owns a condo there. El Tessoro blows away the Four Seasons in terms of view and location and rivals it in terms of the finish: marble, granite, carved wood doors, etc. Indeed, if El Tessoro were in Miami, it would likely rent for $800/night, in my opinion. It is that beautiful. Finally a big shout out to JR and Sal whose communications were lightning-fast and beyond reproach. They answered every question I had (typically within minutes) and were a joy to work with. They are truly world class in their approach to customer service. Final Grade: A++++++++++

  This was a super nice spot....a jewel of a find. The owners were quick to respond and answered all of our questions quickly. Booking was a piece of cake. We arrive to find everything in order and the pictures don't do it justce....the place is super clean, quiet and relaxing....the views were awesome.....we will be back.

  I have been to Mexico several times but this was by far the nicest place I have stayed. It was beyond my expectations. It was very clean, and the decorations, lighting, and architecture were awesome. Also loved the balcony and the sunsets, and the private elevator. The beds were comfortable, we slept great. The kitchen has everything you would have in your home, only nicer! The views were phenomenal at any time of the day. It was a nice relaxing vacation. We really didn't want to leave. Should of stayed for a week! I hope to go back some time in the near future. I don't think we will ever stay anywhere else in Rocky Point after staying here!

  We brought our kids down for Spring Break this year and wanted a place without the crowds. We had always stayed on Sandy Beach in years past but never in Los Conchas. It is an extra 5 miles outside of downtown but well worth it. The room was amazing, the elevator opens right into the condo which is nice with all of the stuff we bring for the kids, food, etc and the parking is under ground...you literally pull right up to your elevator unload the car into it then right into the room. The beach was accessible directly from the resort with our Polaris Rangers and when the tide was low you could cross the estuary to a couple small oyster bars. The local resort manager also brought us and the kids to a local fishing spot where we caught everything from bass, to stingrays and crabs. There is also the most amazing white sand beach and dune area directly behind the resort that we found the last day. They were very accomodating and another couple arranged a local chef to come in and cook them dinner on the beach for their group of 15 complete with a band. It was a great experience all around and I would highly recommend.

  June 2010 We had such a relaxing vacation staying in La Vida Fina condo. It is such a beautiful condo! It has all of the accommodations you could want in a rental, and then some. The condo is beautifully decorated, well maintained and we all commented on how extremely comfortable all of the beds were. The security in the garage was also a bonus; we left a lot of our beach gear in the back of our truck and never worried about anything happening to it. That end of Las Conchas definitely has the best beach in Puerto Penasco, we loved it! We can't wait to go back and we'll be spreading the word about La Vida Fina. Steve, Erikka & Friends Gilbert, Az

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: To enter Mexico, you must have proof of Citizenship (valid passport or a passport card). All U.S. citizens will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. It is the rental client’s responsibility to provide these documents. No refunds will be made to rental clients that are affected by their failure to possess proper documents. Non-U.S. Citizens should contact the Mexican Consulate for specific entry and visa requirements. RESPONSIBILITY: Each guest acknowledges that accommodations, activities, tours, services, roads, traffic laws, transportation, sanitation (water and food), building standards, insurance practices, and medical care are not as highly regulated as those in the United States.
