Everything you could want is within walking distance! Take a ride on the Free Island Trolley that runs from 7:30 am until 10pm up and down the island.
Historic Bridge Street has a variety of restaurants with outdoor music,ice cream shops, boutiques, mini-golf, fishing, boating, even Segway tours --you name it, you can enjoy it from Gulf View.
Stroll the smooth, white sand beach south to Longboat Pass or north all the way to Bean Point. Watch the manatees and dolphins frolic in the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. Kids can wade, build sand castles or chase the gulls. Enjoy the antics of the pelicans and other diving birds as they plunge into the Gulf to catch fish.
At the end of the day, kick back and delight in the gorgeous sunsets as seen from your private, screened balcony. There is absolutely nothing to block your view of this magnificent, daily extravaganza by Mother Nature.
