Known as Lake Tahoe's sunbelt, Kings Beach is home to one of the best public beaches on the lake, and it’s just 5 blocks from your home. Walk down the street, ride bikes, or use the ample public parking. Whatever your pleasure, you’re just minutes away.
Built in 2007, this 2400 sq. foot, three bedroom, three bath home offers an idyllic escape near the peaks and shores of Lake Tahoe.
You’ll find great restaurants abound, for whatever fits your mood. If you prefer cooking in, you’ll love our gourmet kitchen upstairs. And for those large family gatherings, there’s a full kitchen downstairs too.
The master bath features a jetted tub to end your perfect Tahoe day with a relaxing soak.
This home is not just a place to stay. It is thoughtfully designed to be your home away from home, offering top quality bedding, custom lodge-style furnishings, wireless internet, HD televisions, and cable TV with the sports package.
While staying here, you'll be centrally located, just six miles to Northstar, ten miles to Tahoe City, 13 miles to Alpine Meadows and 15 miles to Squaw Valley. Whether you like to ride Squaw’s steeps or take the family to Northstar, you’re just minutes away.

- Kid Friendly : Our home is very family friendly designed with children in mind. We have a Pack and Play that can be used as a baby crib. We also have books and toys for children. There are numerous children's movies in the downstairs guestroom, which has been decorated to appeal to little ones. We have also provided children's dishes and silverware, a high-chair, removeable child-proof locks you can add where you like, and outlet covers you may use if you need them.

Why the Owner Chose Kings Beach
Kings Beach is the perfect family vacation town. There are great restaurants around every corner and it is home to one of Tahoe's most spectacular public beaches. The beach is very dog friendly, has a boat ramp, plenty of parking, and a great play area for the kids. And the tide pools are wonderful for young children in the Summer. It gets more sun than most places around the lake. King's Beach is close to everything, with Squaw just 15 miles away, Alpine 13 miles away, Tahoe City 10 miles away, and Northstar about 6 miles away. Everything you need is within blocks. We couldn't have asked for more.

I rented this cabin to take my whole family to Tahoe for Christmas. Even though there was no snow for snowboarding, we had a wonderful time. The photos in the listing depicted the property well, we felt like we were staying in a fancy hotel. The kitchens were spotless and well equipped and having two kitchens made it easy to prepare Christmas dinner for my large family. There was something for everyone in this cabin, even my two grandbabies, who loved all the toys. We are planning to rent this cabin again for a summer vacation. Thanks for a great experience.

Beautiful home and fully stocked for a very easy stay! Very convenient location to Northstar for boarding and Safeway for groceries. All the guests wanted to rent the cabin again. Thank you!

The house was perfect! It was more than enough space for our family of 5 and extremely comfortable! The furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen a dream. The location was also great with a stunning beach very close and tons of great restaurants plus a large supermarket nearby. It is actually nicer than the pictures and we would love to come back. Thanks for a great stay!

The home is not only beautifully designed, but also beautifully decorated, maintained and furnished. It is luxurious yet very comfortable and perfect for a wonderful Tahoe experience. Kitchens completely stocked with appliances, pots/pans bowls etc.... Plenty of parking. Easy rental experience!! I have and will continue to recommended this home to friends and family.

We had the very good time. The house exceeds our expectation in all aspects. Though the issue of tankless water heater, the owner was very responsive. We felt that we were taken care of. Will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic time at your cabin. It's absolutely beautiful; just as nice as the pictures showed. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided for, and we felt like we were on a luxury vacation. The location was perfect for the ski resorts; only a 15 minute drive and you're at some of the nicest places to ski. Also very important was the quick responses via email we received from the owners answering all of our questions. And our security deposit was refunded within days of our return home. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
