Lake Forest Estates vacation rentals

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Quiet neighborhood and extremely peaceful. Full of chipmunks and deer. Wonderful deck with comfy furniture to sit and relax. We spent a lot of time out there. The management company goes out of their way to provider for all your needs. We would highly recommend staying here.

The house was amazing! It was clean, spacious for my family and close to town. We all really enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again.

House was even nicer than the photos show. Very spacious, we were group of 9, and they have everything needed to cook and entertain. It is about 40 minutes from the slopes, a bit of a drive to the mountain. Would highly recommend to all looking for space and quiet.

Absolutely magical stay from start to finish! It was just after Christmas and the added decorations and Christmas tree lights on the outdoor tree made things even cozier for our family. The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable - loved the fireplace, hot tub and kitchen - loved the new appliances and beds - location is fabulous as well and near grocery stores and restaurants - all was great - don’t hesitate!

The bed in the master was very comfortable albeit we froze the first night we were there. Plenty of heavy blankets available but we got in around 7:00 p.m. and it took a while for the place to heat up. This cabin is in a neighborhood and the closest house is less than 30 feet away. That said, it is a quiet area and there are plenty of trees around to give you that " out in the woods" feel. Did I mention the hot tub? It's under the deck and very secluded from the homes on either side. If you get tired of the hot springs in town this is a great option. We will return to Pagosa in the spring and will rent this cabin if it's available.

We enjoyed our time here! It’s a great place to take our dogs. They love the backyard.

Booked the cabin for a weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The cabin was lovely and beautifully furnished. Hot tub was fantastic. Located a very reasonable distance from the hot springs. We had an amazing time and will likely stay here again in the future!
