Its a fantastic place. Yes its a private lower level condo, but was actually very nice and private. Views are incredible, mountain setting is very relaxing and the kitchen was nice (small, but nice). The bedrooms were large and elegant. Theater was really fun and they had TONS of movies to choose from. We stayed here with our family and absolutely had a ball. Its a lower walkout level to the huge mansion house, and we soon found out that it is the level with all the fun amenities. The theater was cozy (not huge) but very nice. The gaming area was fun, we didn't use it much. The yard and views from the hot tub were the best part. Felt like we were on top of the world. And sitting in the hot tub enjoying a relaxing winter night was really quite fun. The owner was great, made us feel great and very accommodating. We highly recommend staying here. It's a huge home, beautiful location, about 45 minutes from the SLC airport. It's the walkout basement level of this larger home, which was a little weird considering the owners were upstairs during our entire stay. But, the stairs to upper levels were locked off so it was private, just knowing people were upstairs seemed odd, but it all worked out and we felt very safe and it was very comfortable. I really liked the home exercise room and used it in the mornings. The hot tub was very nice too. Sitting there in the mornings after breakfast overlooking the valley below made me feel like a movie star. I didn't want to get out. We parked at the end of a very long, deep driveway and accessed the unit from the back of the home. We enjoyed the backyard landscape and the waterfall, stream, ad pond were just gorgeous. I couldn't help but wonder how awesome it would be to rent the entire home all to ourselves. This is a great home and really something to see.Did you find this review helpful? Theater was small, but so fun, the kids loved playing in the backyard on the trampoline and it was fun to watch form the upper balcony while cooking burgers. Views were incredible, it was such a fun house. We really enjoyed the trails and hiking up the mountain behind the home, highly recommend sunset walks for a great time. Beds were comfortable, owners were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. We would definitely stay here again, maybe for a ski trip it would be great, its not too far from the ski resorts. Thanks Brad!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We stayed at their Costa Canyon property, and were less then impressed. The hot tub didn't work, the satellite TV only got a few channels, none of which were network tv channels. (they got animal plantet, Women's Entertainment, and few home shopping channels. We had to go out to a bar to watch sunday night football). Additionally, for 5 nights of 8 people staying there, they only provided 3 trash bags, 2 packets for the dish washer, and no paper towels or napkins. To cap it all off, they promised a free super pass that was supposed to be at the house upon our arrival, and we never received it. I would avoid this agents houses in the future.Owner response: These guests did not stay here, they stayed in our Canyon Vista Cove home. I am not sure why they would post here. We had some issues with the satellite company's billing which caused the headache with programming this guest experienced. We are sorry for the hassle. The hot tub was working fine, we sent out our maintenance man to check it out. The button had been reset and it simply needed to be pressed to the right setting, worked fine. The issue about the supplies in the home, we only provide a limited supply of supplies, we can not supply everything for an entire stay. Our contract states we supply enough supplies to make guests' stay more convenient, but we don't offer enough for the entire stay, to do so would cause the nightly rates to go up. We are sorry these things happened to this guest during there stay. We work very hard before their arrival with 4 different people to ensure every detail is handled. These things rarely happen, but no one is immune to avoiding them. We just react as things happen (nature of the business).

Our family absolutely loved staying here! They call it a condo, its not misleading I guess because its the private lower level of a huge 2 story mansion on a hill. This "condo" is accurately depicted in the pictures (no fluff). The games theater, and exercise room were so much fun to have on our down time. The hot tub and the views of the valley made it such a relaxing romantic stay with our family members. We are going to stay here every year we come to Utah. highly recommend if you want space, luxury, and just a nice place close to the mountains.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Loved this incredible place. We came to ski, loved the location, the amenities were so much fun, the owners were great to deal with, took good care of us, the theater was great, the views were so amazing, and there was plenty of towels, linens and bedding to go around. My daughters and I traveled to Utah to visit family for a weekend. We had never tried a vacation house, this was our first time. I quickly realized when we arrived to this place that this trip would be much different than a hotel, same with my daughters. We really lucked out staying here. It was spectacular (really). We ended up extending 2 nights because we just didn't want to go home. I highly recommend this home to anyone. I am truly convinced never to use hotels again if I can find homes like these to stay in.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Loved the place, family too. Theater, game area (not room), really nice cozy family room, and the views sitting in the hot tub were so romantic and amazing to experience (at night).
