I'm sure slogging through VRBO has about put you to sleep by now, but WAKE UP! Pay attention. We're different! Ignore everything but this text, including the price box and instant quotes! These written paragraphs are the only part of the page that VRBO can't screw up!
In all but the highest demand weeks, pay full price for the only first unit ($90-130/night) and just 50% for all the rest of the units that you need. This is what matters! No matter your group size, from one up to possibly 13, (with couples) you don't need to pass up our unbeatable location, no need to rent a car. Use TRAX and the free ride zone. Best of all, you won't have to drive here, you'll be here. If you are coming to Salt Lake, you are either coming to our neighborhood, or wondering why you came in the first place!
Size and price-wise, we will fit you, exactly. The bigger your group the more you save. You decide what part(s) of our offering to book, unit by unit, and pay only for what fits your needs. These are adjacent, corner unit condos, all studios, so there is intimacy for your whole group combined with privacy for your individuals and couples. And with one bathroom per bedroom, getting under way for the whole group in the morning is quick and easy. $500 Minimum booking can cover as many as six units for one night or one unit for five nights. With credit towards the next night!
The savings grows with each additional unit booked at the same time for the same nights. Between the hours saved each day and our convenient location, this choice has the best chance to come in under budget with days saved, and/or allows you to squeeze in a few more sights and activities. Car rental is unnecessary! TRAX will bring you from the airport and then you are where you need to be.
Our flexibility comes from the fact that we have a total of six units with a king, a queen, a double, or two twins in each, all under one roof. Additionally up to two twin roll-aways are available (for the units they can fit.) We cater to any group under 13 people. Anyone who wants to stay shorter than $500, is going to get charged $500, anyway. Packages are subject to availability. Also, all units are 50% off after 10 nights. This is better than the numbers HomeAway or VRBO calculates and does their sort by, so word to the wise, don't get steered by their misinformation, their sorts are garbage-in, garbage-out. Do your own sort. Contact us for price and availability. I'm sure if you got to our page, their sorts weren't working for you, anyway.
We are as close to the Convention Center as most of the Downtown hotels, but we away from the Homeless Shelters, out of the entrapment and inconvenience of the hotel zone, so you are not listening to the train yard activity all night in the west side rail yards, and are not walking extra blocks to get to something besides more hotels. Instead, our property is located on the quieter east edge of the business district, adjacent to the Free TRAX and Public Transportation Zone (No Fare, ride free), near our fantastic library, the new world-class City Creek Shopping Experience, and the ultra-rare State Wine Store. Choose from 200 or so local eateries of all stripes and price ranges, all the shops and services you could possibly require, as well as the most popular visitor sites and attractions. You can probably avoid the need to rent a car, but even if you later decide to, your choice of agencies are close by and we have the closest free parking to the center of downtown to park it. Walk to the Ski Shuttle from our door for the best access to multiple areas while having the benefits of greater nightlife opportunities here than anywhere else in the state.
OK, stop snickering. Yes, a less-than-majority portion of the population here are told not to drink, but we have our fair share of pubs, clubs, sports bars, music and entertainment venues, as well as probably the largest variety of non-alcoholic amusement opportunities in the country. And, of course, just walk there or use TRAX. We have a couple bicycles to tool around on the flat valley (former lake bottom) streets, golf clubs to borrow (50 courses under $50 w/cart within 50 minutes drive time), and lots of free advice for anything you might want to do in these parts, if you want it-or you can use our wi-fi to find it on your own.
So why rent a car just to get groceries? Staying anywhere else just does not make sense. Location, Price, Services, Convenience, all the advantages are right here. If you go anywhere to do anything from anywhere else, you will probably drive right to us to do it-and then rent a parking space! Many of our guests take the TRAX from the airport and save the $30 cab-fare, each way.

There is no reservation until full payment is made. We can't manage this if we can't be sure. Hotels overbook which is why they will give you a "reservation". We actually start turning people away the moment we are committed to you. We invoice through Paypal, with an extensive menu of payment options.
