I can’t say enough about the location. Short walk to groceries, shopping and restaurants. The studio was surprisingly quiet for being on a busy street. Definitely recommend!
Great stay! Property was exactly as described. Dedicated parking spot and within walking distance to several places to eat, as well as Whole Foods. There was street noise (as mentioned by the host), but it was very limited and masked by my white noise app while I slept.Drew was quick to respond to a question I had, even late in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.
In a very central part of town, awesome bed, kitchen, washer, dryer. Drew was very communicative and accomodating. Will absolutely plan on staying there again.
This is a very well appointed large studio with a great location in SLC. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was, Eve the floorboards were spotless! Comfy bed and living area, large spacious kitchen and beautifully decorated. Would stay again!! Host was very responsive when I had an issue with the temperature and it was addressed immediately. I would note that the area is very safe but on a major road which was not an issue for us. Fun bakery around the corner in walking distance and a beautiful park nearby. Great deal for this spot!
This location is central to everything and was an excellent choice for me! Trolley Square, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s are all right there. I loved the convenience of visiting my daughter and having my own hub to sleep and have breakfast before being with her all day and evening. It’s cozy, clean, has a comfortable bed, perfect kitchen, thick towels…pretty much all that I need. I was maybe going to have she and her boyfriend stay with me, but I’d prefer a separate bedroom for that. This is one big, open room. There’s something cool about being above a barber shop too. All communication with Drew was prompt and very clear. I even left my ring behind, which he let me know right away and I was able to swing by and grab it. So grateful! I’d stay here again for sure. Thanks Drew!
I stayed for 9 days in this location and had a great stay. I believe I was one of the first people to stay here as there were still a couple of minor hiccups the property owners were dealing with.
I was unable to use the dryer as it seemed whomever installed it may have dropped it on the way in. The management was willing to pay for any laundering fees I would incur but without a vehicle during my stay walking my laundry to do laundry wasn’t something I had time to do as I was in town for work.
The other thing that I think potential renters should know is that there is no thermostat. I had a couple of colder nights while I was there. When I told management they dropped off a small space heater at the door the very next day but unfortunately in an open floor plan studio like this it didn’t do much good and would auto turn off frequently. You won’t freeze by any means, the heat is set to 72 degrees but on some of the cold snap nights that got into the 20’s even a guy like me who loves cold sleeping got a little chilled. Nothing an extra blanket in the closet can’t fix though.
The neighborhood felt relatively safe although I would say that like any city it has its handful of suspect characters wandering the streets. I lived in LA though so this didn’t bother me at all. I loved the proximity to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s as I was without a car.
Overall great stay and I’ll be looking forward to staying here again when I come out for work.
