The kitchen came fully equipped. There was even a small supply of spices and cooking spray for our use. The washer/dryer set worked great and it was nice to have for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable and the location was close to downtown. It is across the street from Trolley Square. We would definitely stay again.
Very clean, nicely decorated and new appliances. We did not use the kitchen for cooking but it seemed well equipped (except for no creamers for the coffee). The bed seemed smaller than queen size but was comfortable. We did not use the living room which had a nice large TV and soft couch. Small and seemed best for 1-2 people max. We did not use the parking but it seemed very tight and limited. Easy to hear the other house mates walking around with squeaky upstairs floor and thin walls but the neighbors were not unusually loud. It was in a perfect location for us . Although on a main road, we could not hear the traffic once inside the unit. My only complaints would be no creamer and small bed, but very well equipped unit and very clean.
This apartment came 100% as advertised. Neat. Roomy. Convenient. Close to downtown. If you are in SLC and do not want to deal with the hassle and cost of staying downtown, this property is for you. Book it now. Now.I give this property and my stay 5 stars - which it fully deserved. But there are a couple of things I feel like mentioning as well.1) Your parking space behind the building is a little cramped. Nothing outrageous, but you park next to the back of the building, and if the guest parking in spot 2 has a large vehicle, you may have a little less space to get out of your car. Also the area back there is tight. There are 5 spaces behind the unit, and if they are all full, getting out can take some patience - especially if one car is not parked correctly.2) Leaving the driveway and taking a right onto the street - slow down! There is a dip where the driveway ends and the street begins. This is not a problem that is singular to this property - for some reason all over town you will have to be careful driving into and leaving parking lots. But the first time you expereince it will be when you leave the property the first time.3) Minor issue, but when you use a remote in the unit (one of the two tvs or the heater/ac) you have to point the remote directly at the area of the tv (or heater/ac) where the remote IR input is. Maybe the batteries in the remotes are all low? The remote for the tv in the living area is especially finicky.
Great location. Places clean has a well stocked kitchen with utensils and items needed for cooking. You can control the temperature. Very comfortable bed
This is a very cool old house that has cleverly been converted to apartments. The place was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location is convenient for getting around and is close to downtown. There are plenty of great restaurants and stores in the immediate area.
The parking space for number 1 is very tight to get an SUV into and out of when the lot is full. Parking is my only trepidation about staying here again.
Wonderful apartment. The pictures on Expedia do not show the outside of the building. I also didn’t realize you need to have/create a Vrbo account as TOS is how the host communicates to you. I would gladly stay here again.
The entire stay at this location was exactly what we expected. The host clearly communicated with us before hand and even during our stay. 10/10 stay!!!
I needed a place to stay last minute for work. Due to a conference in town, all the hotels were booked. I chose to stay here and it was a great choice. The location was perfect and the accommodations were excellent. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. I would definitely stay here again!
Very clean. Great location, close to everything. Comfortable and the property manager is available and responsive. Highly recommend this property for your next stay in SLC!
My husband, son and I stayed at this rental for a weekend to check out Salt Lake City. We were very impressed by the convenience of this rental. It is close to everything yet quiet. We felt safe and the bed is super comfy!
This small apartment was great for a visit to relatives in SLC. Comfortable, well-stocked with what we needed, and convenient. Loved being able to walk to breakfast and coffee shops.
Had a work trip that we flew into SLC and stayed here for the night. Was a great place that had everything as listed. Even if you’re traveling for pleasure I would recommend. Close to city center and plenty to do close by.
I really enjoyed my stay here - the host takes great care to make sure you're happy and comfortable. Biking and walking were my main means of transportation, so this was a great spot to stay for me - lots of places to bike or walk to nearby!
