My HOA requires me to do at least a 90 day minimum stay. I do not answer inquiries for less than that time period (90 days).

A 1,000.00 non-refundable rental deposit is due at the time of booking. The first month's rent is due at least 7 days before arrival, and the 1,000.00 deposit becomes the refundable damage deposit.

I bought this vacation property near Coors Field, the Pepsi Center and Sports Authority Field at Mile High (Broncos) so that I could easily attend Avalanche Hockey, Nuggets basketball, Denver Broncos football, and Colorado Rockies baseball games as well because of its proximity and walking distance to many fine restaurants, bars, The Denver Performing Arts Center, and shopping.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This property is down the street (walking distance) from the Denver Skate Park (ranked as one of the best in the country by Tony Hawk himself), and walking distance to all 3 major sports arenas/venues in Denver. The Children's Museum is nearby, as is the Light Rail and the free 16th Street Mall Bus. This rental includes assigned, free enclosed parking for one vehicle. Secure building.
