Stayed for an extended weekend in early April---every was "as described". Neat, clean, very nicely furnished. This would beat any downtown hotel! And, the location was the BEST---easy access to everything downtown. Many thanks to the owner who was most accommodating.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

First I would like to thank Teri for her generosity and hospitality...this was the best place to stay! This was a great place for a girlfriend weekend. The condo was very warm and inviting. The building was close to the Phillips Arena, The Underground, Marta transit system and many other attractions. The weather was ideal as we sat out on the enclosed balcony and enjoyed our evenings and people watched. Again thank you Teri we truly enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My husband and I went down to Atlanta for his birthday to catch a Braves game! This was SO much nicer than having to put all of our stuff into a hotel room. Condo was very clean, and the cleaning lady was so very nice and generous. Condo building staff and front desk staff are extremely helpful. Getting to Turner Field was a breeze. You are within walking distance to just about anywhere you want to be in Atlanta, we went to Centennial Park, Coke Plant, and the Federal Reserve. Lots of cool restaurants within blocks. Condo was neatly decorated and super clean, and the balcony was nice at night to people watch. Everything you could need was in the condo. I am a germaphobic, so I wanted to make sure everything was clean, and it was. Condo smelled fresh, towels and sheets looked brand new. Teri was awesome to work with, she emails quickly and she even checked in via email while we were staying at the condo. I will DEFINITELY use this condo again on our next trip to Atlanta. Why pay the price of a hotel when you can get a whole condo for a cheaper price in a safe neighborhood?Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My wife and I rented this condo for three nights and simply loved it! We were about 2 1/2 blocks from the metro and not too far back to the I-75 exit. The condo was super quiet and equipped nicely. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My kids and I recently stayed for an extended weekend at Teri's condo in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The short walk (5-7 minutes) to the downtown attractions made it the perfect location for our trip. It was also a short drive to other attractions (Atlanta Zoo, Fernbank Museum) and not too far of a drive from Stonehill Mountain (definitely recommend spending a day there!). I have been renting vacation homes/condos through VRBO for years, and Teri was the most responsive, caring property owner I have ever encountered. Her unit is beautifully decorated and clean and stayed cool in the 100+ heat. All of the residents and staff we encountered were also very helpful and friendly. Whole Foods was just a couple of miles away, which made it convenient for eating in. We would definitely recommend the unit if you are looking for a place to stay in Atlanta.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

First of all, I have to say that the condo was just as described: great location, nice inside, well stocked, safe and easy parking. BUT I have to completely disagree with the other reviews about the communication from the owner. When I first contacted her thru VRBO, I didn't hear from her for a week, so I called the # on the listing and finally got her and she was very nice and said she would email me more details and the rental agreement. Well, I didn't get that for another week, so I emailed her again asking for it and to make sure she had my email. She wrote back apologizing and then asked for my home address to send the agreement to and gave me the "total" cost. I planned to pay with PayPal (what I consider the safest), but she said she only takes cash (who would send that thru the mail) or check. We finally got the agreement in the mail a week later, and the cost had changed to include a security deposit for it being Memorial weekend. I mailed our first check on Apr 2 and emailed Teri on Apr 4 to let us know when she receives it and she said she would. On Apr 11, I emailed back that she should have rec'd it by now, and she said "sorry, I did receive it." We sent the final payment along with a separate security deposit check (because everyone else I've ever dealt with would just hold that deposit until we were gone and then cash it if there was something wrong with the condo), but Teri cashed all the checks. We did have a good time in Atlanta, and left on May 27. By June 13, we still had not rec'd the deposit check yet and knew we left the condo in perfect condition, so I had to email Teri again, and she finally mailed it on Jun 15. This was a frustrating experience to say the least. Personally, I would recommend the condo, but not the owner.Recommended for: Sightseeing.
Owner response: Unfortunately, my response time was delayed during the months of April and May. I had alot of family events to deal with, and this is not my normal way of conducting business. You will notice by my reviews that I had not had this probelm before. In my defense,I had 2 weddings out of town that I was involved in a graduation in Charleston SC that I was a part of too. Regarding the cancellation deposit, my niece inadvertenly cashed the check. As soon as my guest reminded me of the mistake I sent the deposit to her. The deposit was required since it was Memorial Day weekend. I take pride in my condo and the amenties that it offers downtown, and I try to respond in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this was not the case with this guest. This will serve as wake up call with me and I will do my best to respond to my guests needs quickly. I am glad that the condo met her needs and she was happy with the accommodations. Teri z

My two daughters and I stayed for an extended weekend. The condo is exactly as described and in an excellent location. The screened in porch is an excellent place to watch the people of Atlanta and relax with a book. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to see (GA Aquarium, Coca Cola, CNN, restaurants and more). Teri was available to us whenever needed and very helpful and even text us a couple times to be sure everything was going well. While you are in Atlanta, we recommend you visit the Flying Biscuit for a delicious meal.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Loved sitting out on the balcony at night. The staff were very nice and helpful. Teri was responsive and easy to work with. We visited friends staying in a nearby "nice" hotel and felt sorry for them. Don't think I would have made it through that trip without this condo!- 2 adults 2 teenagersRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
