Steamboat has a friendly, laid-back, western-town attitude in a small town that has retained its authentic western atmosphere. There are many interesting shops in town, art galleries, and restaurants(with many nice, reasonably-priced options), unlike many mountain resort towns.
The many activities in area which include a large natural hot springs,horse back riding, rafting, world class golfing, hiking, hot air ballooning, the rodeo, trout fishing hot springs water slide and pool, natural Strawberry Hot Springs, lots of cultural events, free concerts on the slopes, fine and casual dining, lots of unique shops, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, indoor tennis, indoor ice skating, and deluxe day spas. Why the Owner Chose Cascades at Eagle Ridge
Steamboat Springs has had the best snow of all the major ski resorts in Colorado for each of the last nine winters. The summers in Steamboat are also wonderful, and there are great outdoor activities year-round. The 'Boat is still an authentic western town, and the people are very friendly. What better place could there be for a vacation rental?Steamboat has some of the best powder skiing in the world and the tree skiing is out of this world. Our kids learned to ski here, and their ski program is really good. We just love the town of Steamboat, it is not like Vail or Aspen- more laid back and friendly.

We get rave reviews every year about how comfortable, warm and enjoyable our home is for families and groups who stay there for their holidays. It is very sunny and has a perfect layout and location for our guests. Our rates are also quite reasonable for our high end, well decorated unit. We wish we could live there full time!
