  My family had (my my husband and 10 year old triplets and mom and dad) had an amazing time staying in this condo. It was very clean we had so much room for sleeping and and just hanging out. We loved the balcony which had full sun. The beach was so close it only took 5 minutes to walk there. Siesta Key public beach was great my kids want to live there and we also loved looking for shells on Turtle Beach. On of our favorite restaurants was Captains Curts and SKOB. We would definately stay at this condo again and recommend it to family and friends. Thanks so much Cate and Jan.

  We rented this unit at the end of July. The unit was clean upon arrival and ready when we got there. There were tons of extra linens, pillows and blankets supplied. Siesta Key Beach is less than a 5 minute walk right across the street. The owners supply beach chairs and a sun umbrella which means you don't have to rent them or buy them. Also supplied were beach towels. The property has a pool as well along with a community grill. If you enjoy running, the beach is close enough to integrate into your morning run. TVs all worked well....my daughters watched the Olympics every night. Plenty of room and at no time did we feel cramped. Siesta Key Village takes only minutes by car to get to(15 minute walk) for shopping, dining, or parents night out. If you cook in, lots of kitchen utensils in the cabinets. Security deposit was returned promptly and in full. We would rent this unit again without hesitation.

  Siesta key is Paradise!! I just returned from another stay at this beautiful rental. I have been here several times and I always find the rental to be spotless and exquisite. The rental is always stocked with everything and I need for nothing. Rental is conveniently located across the street from the most beautiful beach ever... I took morning walks every morning, its so peaceful. I have often witnessed schools of dolphins taking there morning swim up close and personal to the shore line. I have even taken Nia and yoga classes on the beach in the mornings and have had the privilege of seeing the dolphins while I relax and breath....very cool!! I checked out a new place in the village for martinis and dinner. The Blu Que has an extensive martini list to choose from and the food was good. I discovered something new this trip, "Siesta Free Ride and Pedi Cabs". The Villiage is close enough to walk to however, this service is readily available in the village or by phone. The ride is free and they work on tips only. Information can be found in the owners info book. Not only is this a great service....It was fun too! I highly recommend Siesta Key and Our House at the Beach. I will continue to visit here as often as I can. The owners have done a great job at making this "Our House at the Beach" ......   The townhouse was exactly as depicted in the pictures; beautiful & clean with all the amenities! Cate was very friendly and helpful to work with, and has provided a very comfortable and roomy place to stay at Siesta Beach. It is a short walk to Siesta Beach, which is one of the best beaches we've ever seen! Siesta Village is also close by, a nice walk or bike ride away -Siesta Key is bicycle and pedestrian friendly. We enjoyed all the restaurants, including Turtles, Captain Curt's, Daiquiri Deck, and Blue Smoke. We also recommend Phillipi Creek on 41 going toward Sarasota. This was perfect for our family vacation, we comfortably slept 6 people, and had room for more! This is a full sized townhouse with an open concept and large rooms. We would definitely love to stay here again!

  Hi Cate, We're home now and we so miss Siesta Key already! Just wanted to thank you again for allowing us to rent your home away from home. It was perfect for our family of 4 - tons of room to spread out. We tried several restaurants(with your recommendations) and loved them all! By far, this vacation was one of our favs!   This was a wonderful getaway for my wife and myself, going on our 5th year anniversary! The owners were very gracious to us. The location is perfect, being only a short walk away from the beach (which just saw was rated the best beach in America). The sand was really like flour and stayed cool no matter how hot it got. The water was beautiful and we loved to take walks later in the evening together. The condo was spotless, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck to eat lunch and to read. The information provided by the owners was very helpful and we took advantage of their suggestions regarding places to eat. Everything was close to the condo, from the resturarants, to the grocery store and shopping centers. Would definitly recommend for anyone regardless of age, especially if you love to just be at the beach!

  Let me begin by saying we are couple with a 3-r-old & an 18-mth-old from Mass. The winter weather was terrible at best, and spring never sprung. We were tired, and needed a quick and easy getaway to someplace warm. We had never even heard of Siesta Key until my husband pointed to it randomly on a map. After a last minute search of hotels & condos in the area, we were lucky enough to connect to Cate and WOW, are we grateful! It was a particularly busy week for her family, in addition to the Easter holiday, but she made time for us. She was so friendly and easy to coordinate with, & their townhome is absolutely gorgeous! It is beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, & has everything you would need for the perfect vacation. The kitchen was perfect - we stocked up at a nearby Publix & had everything we needed & more. The washer & dryer was a true bonus. We packed light & were so pleased to be able to go home with clean clothes! There are towels & blankets available for beach use which made things so easy - just clean what you use and you're good to go! The townhouse was within walking distance from the beach but with two young children & everything that must accompany us, we chose to drive the short distance. We found plenty of parking regardless of what time of day. The beach was spectacular! Beautiful white, soft sand, manageable undertow and lifeguards present 99% of the time. We went during the day, but also in the evening to take in the amazing sunsets. Simply incredible. Because of the fantastic resource book Cate & Jan provided, we were able to take advantage of Elite Childcare's services multiple times during our vacation. The sitter(s) they provide are top notch and specialize in nanny care but also for coverage during vacations, weddings, special events, etc. We were nervous at first, but after we left our children once, we were so pleased and called again! They did a fabulous job and we were so happy to be able to enjoy the village nightlife after bedtime! We absolutely loved SKOB and also had a great meal at the HUB. We love live music and found it at both. I think we tried out each place along the strip but found those to be our favorites (although we were not disappointed at anyplace we went!). All in all, this was the perfect getaway for us, but would meet the needs of a variety of patrons, whether it be a honeymoon, 40 birthday party or 60th anniversary. It's the BEST so stop searching and enjoy your vacation! :o)

  We had a wonderful vacation and loved staying in this condo. It was roomy, comfortable, furnished beautfully and emaculate. (It was a 5 star condo.) Everything we needed was provided and the owner was available to answer any questions. The condo location was walking distance to one of the world's best beaches. We loved and enjoyed our stay and will be back next year! Thank you. P.S. We loved the second floor view from the kitchen that looks over the tops of palm trees and a host of flowering shrubs and bushes was wonderful, not to mention the balcony over the lake.

  We spent our Spring Break, April 16-22, 2011 at this lovely home. There were 5 of us, my husband and I along with 3 boys ages 14-18. It was great because we were able to spread out and all have our own space. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. The Master Bedroom is wonderful - comfortable bed, lots of drawers to unpack and a huge master closet and bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds - private and comfortable. That was where we put the big boys. My 14 year old took the sleeper sofa. Everyone was happy with their own tv (there are 3). The kitchen is well stocked with the basics, even coffee and filters, sugar, spices and even some boxes of macaroni and cheese. My favorite place was the balcony overlooking the pond in the middle of the property. This was my quiet place to wake up with my book and coffee in the morning. As the description says, you are a short walk to the beach, which is more than I can say for many of the other properties in the area. It is so nice to not have to drive and find a parking place because the lot can be full be 9:30 am. The beaches are amazing. The sand is so powdery and smooth. The boys had a blast bodysurfing in the waves. If you would rather use the pool or tennis courts, they are really close to the condo. You are a 1.25 mi walk to the village - not a bad distance at all. We enjoyed dinners at S.K.O.B (Siesta Key Oyster Bar) and breakfasts at the Village Cafe. There are lots of cute shops to visit too. We also shopped at St. Armands (twice). There is something for everyone here. I should also mention that the condo owners have a great reference book where they direct you to many great places to eat and visit. It is a great to have someone point you in the right direction, especially when you arrive late at night and need a good pizza (yes we did order from the place you recommended). If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in one of the most beautiful places on earth, you don't have to go all the way to Mexico. Stay here and visit beautiful Siesta Key!

Holiday weeks are an additional $200

All other dates $875 per week

12% tax added to all rentals.

Checks are accepted through the mail.

Chase QuickPay accepted through internet (no fee).
