Really nice little condo. We really liked the location on the East side of Flagstaff, we've never stayed in Flagstaff before so this location was a gamble but it paid off great for us. We are mountain bikers, so it was great to be able to store our bikes safely on the above-ground deck and the location was very close by to several trailheads we used during our stay. The condo is very nicely furnished, the kitchen was stocked adequately (but the knives were not great quality- we had trouble cutting a loaf of bread with one of the knives, that would be my only recommendation to upgrade some of the kitchen ware). The west-facing deck was a wonderful spot to chill out in the sun in the afternoons with a glass of wine and the outdoor grill was great, in fact I think we used it every day we were there. Only thing to note is that this place only has cable internet- not wifi, so if you have ipads or want to use a wifi connection for your phone or other non-cable compatible devices you would be out of luck. Overall, we'd consider staying in this condo again and would recommend it to others for sure.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We are now convinced that there is no reason to stay in a hotel in Flagstaff since, for about the same cost, we can stay in a beautiful, one-bedroom townhouse with a full kitchen, living room and deck with a convenient BBQ. There is a high table and chairs for four in the dining area, an upscale, modern kitchen, a cozy remodeled bathroom, full washer and dryer (can do your college student's laundry!) and a large flat screen TV in the living room. In addition to the large stainless steel BBQ on the deck, there is table seating for two and several comfortable lounge chairs. I would definitely rent this property again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We are frequent visitors of Flagstaff and usually stay close to downtown. We needed a place to stay, quick, over the Thanksgiving holiday and this condo on the east side did not disappoint. We are a family of 4 and prefer a two bedroom but this place did the trick. There was plenty of room for 4 and nice patio with a BBQ. There was room out on the grass for the kids to run and play and we saw deer every night from the patio. I would not recomend this condo to families with small children (toddlers) as there are stairs leading down into the family room, but it is clean, stylish and perfect for a couple or a family with school age children. It was clean, cozy and very affordable. We will return for sure! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
