This home is full of character and charm. Conveniently located for quick access to Downtown, Arizona Snowbowl and The Grand Canyon. Whether you need a home base for adventuring or plan to stay in, you'll enjoy the cozy living room with a smart tv, leather sofa with 2 recliners and stone hearth with gas fireplace. Grilling in the beautiful, fully fenced back yard or cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen will make entertaining easy. Sleep sound on upgraded mattresses and bedding. This home is quant and cozy, with many of it's antique qualities intact, but also equipped with all the modern conveniences.

Great space north of the campus and was perfect for family weekend. Great seating area in the living room and spacious backyard. Very clean and well kept property.

Loved the property for pets. The home was cozy, very comfortable and well appointed. It was snowy and icy so the intersection where the property is was difficult as it is on a hill with limited accessibility. It was even blocked off by the city. Fortunately my car is a workhorse and we could maneuver around. Friends had to park at the Chevron station because of ice but it all worked out. Thank you - lovely place but kinda difficult weather conditions.

My husband, daughter, pup and I really enjoyed our stay and loved the comfy beds and couch! The backyard was perfect for our dog, especially since it had a doggie door! Fantastic property, but lots of stairs. Highly recommend!

Relaxing stay

The house has everything for pleasant and comfortable stay. We appreciated little toys and games they had for kids, as it kept my toddler occupied for a while. It is also located very close to downtown, and all attractions are a short drive.

Arizona Sightseeing

Spent 2 nights here on our AZ sightseeing tour. It was conveniently located for our plans. It was comfortable and clean, would use again if in the area. I would recommend this spot to anyone coming to Flagstaff.

Perfect place for a family with a dog

My son and I went up to have some fun in the snow and brought our dog and this house was absolutely perfect for us! We will definitely stay here again for more winter adventures.
