Our cozy house is located on Little Peconic Bay. The beach is private, clean, and has a swimming area roped off for safety, and a raft for jumping and diving within it. Outside this area, you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, and boating. There is nothing like a relaxing walk on the beach, sipping wine with your feet in the water, grilling up the perfect steak, and topping it all off with a spectacular sunset. The quiet community setting also provides an ideal setting for bikeriding, walking and running. There is a king bed in one bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom, a pullout sofa bed, and two futon-like beds in the living room. The towns of Southampton and Sag Harbor are twenty minutes away with resturants, shopping, movie theathers, art galleries, museums, and wineries.
