Property description

The condo is located at Zama Village, the most exclusive condo building at Aldea Zama. Aldea Zama is an eco-friendly while luxurious development located between the Tulum beach and the downtown. The condo is one of the exclusive penthouses of the building and is ideal for 4-6 people. It has design furniture, including the outdoor teak sets of the private rooftop. You will find high quality details in everything from linens and towels to the furniture and the cooking sets, the owners visit the condo every 2 months, so they have everything top quality! It has two floors of 1.000 squared feet each, the main living area and the rooftop. The living area has an ample living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, and two large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has an ample and private jungle looking terrace, the master suite's one also has an outdoor jacuzzi. The living room has a third ample terrace overlooking the condo pool. On the rooftop, there is a larger private jacuzzi with beach chairs, a gazebo/palapa with a teak dining table and a comfy balinese style living room and sunbathing chair. The rooftop has amazing jungle views and is the ideal place for early breakfasts, sunsetting drinks and candlelight dinners (or a place to spend the day if you do not hit the beach). The condo building has a large pool shared with other apartments. Everything's is new and fully equipped (including a private washing/drying room if you need it). The condo is the nearest to the beach in Tulum as no development is allowed on the beachfront. As opposed to other properties in town, you do not need to cross the town to hit the beach. There is a bicycle path connecting Aldea Zama with the nearest beaches (just 1.5-2.0 miles cycling). A large supermarket (ATMs) is just across the street so you can buy all your groceries, and the best restaurants are just minutes away by bike, taxi or car drive. Wifi, Sat TV and Ipod dock included.

About: We are young couple with a baby, passionate travelers and fans of Tulum. We discovered Tulum about ten years ago and decided it was 'our place on the beach', we have been spending our holidays in Tulum since then. We are marketing and advertising professionals living in Mexico City.

Why Tulum:
It has a unique location in a natural and exclusive environment. We fell in love with the Aldea Zama project in 2008, and decided to invest in the best development of Tulum and buy one of the penthouse units as the place to spend short beach holiday breaks. When the condo was finished in April 2012 we saw our dream come true.
