If rest and relaxation is what you need then this two bedroom home is for you! Situated on a quiet street in East Englewood this home offers all that you will need to have a great vacation. Many things to see and do abound!
This home features a screened-in, solar heated pool and jacuzzi (just refurbished on Jan 06) in the backyard for on-site relaxation after a busy day at the beach, shopping, or whatever. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
We did some remodeling in the home with new paint throughout the home. A new oak floor in the family room and hall. Also new patio furniture on the lanai as well as a new charcoal BBQ. All added in January 07.
There are public tennis courts down the street. There is all kinds of fishing available and the beach is only ten minute drive away. All kinds of shopping and restaurants are in the area and for the golfer in the family many area golf courses in all price ranges.
Fort Myers is located one hour south, Sarasota is one hour north and Tampa Bay is only one and a half hours away.
