Two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, screened-in patio, designated parking in front of the unit, just steps away from the front door, all on one floor.

The house is part of the Saint Augustine Beach and Tennis Condominiums which is an oceanfront complex located in Saint Augustine Beach on Anastasia Island. This house is not oceanfront but only a short boardwalk away from the ocean. You have the advantage of not paying for an oceanfront condominium but you can use all the facilities that come with the complex.

For example the gated private complex pool is right behind the dunes. It is as if you have your own beach club with three pools - one eight-feet deep, one lap pool, one kiddies pool, with shower and restrooms. You can spend your day at the pool or just walk a short distance over the walkway to the ocean!

The house is part of a row with six other units which gives you a lot more privacy than a condominium and you will find it very peaceful. The villa was newly remodeled in 2004/05 to make your stay even more comfortable. We want you to make this your home-away-from-home. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully accessorized and very spacious with lots of counter space.

The dining area includes a table and chairs that seats four, with sliding doors to the patio. Connected to the dining area is the living room with a couch, loveseat, and a chair. After a day of fun in the sun a new 27-inch TV and DVD/VCR will guarantee you a nice and relaxing evening on the couch if you are to tired for the excitement Saint Augustine has to offer!

A large, screened-in patio is furnished with a table, four chairs, and two lounge chairs overlooking the pond. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with connecting bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a 19 inch LCD TV. You have also access from the master bedroom to the patio. The guest bedroom has twin beds and its own bathroom. Linens and towels are provided. The laundry area offers a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Sightseeing - when not relaxing on the beach you can visit the oldest city in the nation wonderful historic Saint Augustine which is only 15 minutes away. Saint Augustine offers the Castillo de San Marco, Oldest School House, Fountain of Youth, Alligator Farm, carriage rides, wonderful art galleries, shops, fine restaurants, and so much more. Two outlet shopping malls are just 20 minutes away.

Sports - surfing, fishing, boating, and, of course, golf is located close by. Golfers will enjoy the World Gold Village with all its amenities.

My 3 teenage kids enjoyed the close walk to the ocean and pool and had a blast feeding the turtles and birds in the lake behind the villa. What a wonderfully decorated and well kept place to stay. This place is an incredible value!! Thank you for hospitality and allowing us to enjoy this little place of heaven for a week.

It was a short walk to the pools and beach. Beatrix let us use a decal to park on the beach. It is very private and the beach is beautiful. A great home away from home. We hope to be back soon.

  • My family and I had a wonderful stay in Saint Augustine, and our accommodations were wonderful and convenient. A short walk to the beach, Walgreens, and the grocery stores were very close by. Beatrix provided us with a parking decal for the beach that saved us $7 a day (I believe it was)this allowed us to drive to the beach instead of having to carry everything we needed. Everything was great! We are planning on staying here again in the near future.

Evenings are great relaxing around the pool. You name it, this place has it! I'm sure we'll be looking to stay much longer the next time we visit.   • We enjoyed our week at the beach! Nice to be able to drive on the beach when you have lots of kids and things to carry! Otherwise it would be a nice short walk. We loved having the use of the beach toys at the townhouse, and all of the amenities that were there for us to use....hairdryer, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard with the boys next door, too. The pools were OK, and we liked having a baby pool. We hope to be back soon.

  • Once again, we had the opportunity to call this lovely townhouse "home" for a week. A perfect place to settle in, rest, relax and refresh. Yet, plenty to see and do if you wish. The home is clean, tastefully decorated and supplied with extra amenities. Away from the hustle and noise, but, just a short jaunt to the beautiful beach and warm waters. A perfect spot for us!

  • Our stay at the villa was wonderful!! We had such a great time! It was very well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We felt very at home! Not too far of a walk to the beach or the pools! This is our third time in St Augustine and we loved it! We will defintately return in the future!
