My name is Beatrix and I am the owner of unit 506. I have always cleaned my rental because nobody cleans good enough for me :) and when you read the reviews renters appreciate the cleanliness of the unit!
Townhouse two bedroom, two and a half bathroom,1290 square feet, screened in patio, lots of privacy, designated parking in front of the unit. St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Resort is a gated community half a block away from the ocean. No need to cross the main road.

The grounds are very attractive. It is located on Anastasia Island, in historic St. Augustine, the nations oldest city.

Smart Lock Keyless Entry- You chose your own code for your rental which is only valid for the duration of your stay. This makes a walk on the beach so much easier without worrying about losing the key. This modern experience will provide you with more safety and security and peace of mind!

The townhouse was newly remodeled to make your stay even more comfortable. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully accessorized.
We provide a regular coffee maker and a Keurig K-Mini plus single brew Coffee Maker!

The dining area includes a rattan table and chairs that seats four, which overlooks the patio. Connected to the dining area is the living room with a couch (queen size sleeper couch with new 4.5 inch memory foam mattress) and love seat. We offer you a 42 inch VIZIO TV with XFINITY HD, over 140 channels and access to XFINITY On Demand. Netflix is also included!! A DVD will guaranty you a nice and relaxing evening on the couch after a day of fun in the sun!

The screened in patio is furnished with a table, four chairs and one lounge chair overlooking tropical palm trees. From the second floor bedrooms you overlook the tennis courts and see a bit of the wonderful blue of the Atlantic ocean. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with connecting wonderful bathroom with walk-in shower. Please see pictures. The master bedroom has a 19 inch LCD TV. The guest bedroom has twin beds and it's own bathroom. Guest bedroom with IPOD docking station clock radio ( bring your IPOD). Linens and towels are provided.

Tennis at the Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club is available for an hourly rate, with 10 clay courts (eight with lights). Tennis lessons are available with the Club pro.

The Beach and Tennis Resort also has one outdoor Pool heated in the winter.
A massage therapist is available.

The owner lives in town and is always happy to give you tips on restaurants, shopping, golf and etc.

November 15, 2025, and continues through January 11, 2026.

The Annual Nights of Lights celebration kicks off on November 15 at 6:30 p.m. in St. Augustine’s Plaza de la Constitucion. Holiday music and the lighting of the city’s Christmas tree accompany the official 'Lights On!'

Everything was as described, loved everything about it! The location was great for beach access, but was also within walking distance to other things, like Starbucks, a surf shop, etc. The pool got the teen boys’ approval, so that’s something. Great communication with Beatrix, she left so much info regarding restaurants, etc that was very helpful!

Me and my family (3 kids ages 4 to 8) had a wonderful time staying at this location. That's only about a five minute walk to the beach. A couple minutes drive to Saint Augustine's main beach and a ten to fifteen minute drive, 2 saint augustine's downtown. There's also a grocery store less than 30 Secs away. And most of all, the owner is super responsive. Thanks for a great family vacation. We would totally stay again!!

Check-in was a breeze, thanks to Beatrix providing our door and gate codes well ahead of time. The parking spot is generously sized and conveniently located right in front of the unit. Inside, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome packet in the living room.On the short walk to the beach, there's a nature preserve pond where you can feed birds, fish, and turtles. Perfect Family Reunion

This resort is a little hidden gem, and the townhouse we stayed in couldn't be better. Absolutely everything you could expect to find was there and more. Plus, the location was perfect. The screened in porch looked out over greenery and afforded lots of privacy. Lots of shade, short walk to the beach, and pools were easily accessed. Everyone we met in this gated community was friendly, and none of the family members wanted to leave.

Perfect for our needs

My mom, sister and I spent two nights at this condo in Oct. It is easy to get to, clean and spacious, quiet and has all the things you need for your home away from home. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are comfortable. The weather did not cooperate for us to walk to the beach, but we could tell it was a short walk from the condo. It is also a fairly easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. It was the perfect place for our visit and I would stay there again if visiting St. Augustine again.

Well appointed condo that had all the essentials and more. As promised, the unit was clean at check in. Comfortable living room with plenty of sitting. Bedrooms were large with nice quality bedding with plenty of towels for bathing and the beach. Kitchen is small but fully functional - host provides the basics like salt, pepper, and food wraps, plenty of dishwasher pods and laundry supplies. Great location - only a few minutes walk to the beach and close to St Augustine Beach spots. We have stayed in many St Augustine locations and this is clearly one of the tops.

Spectacular Property!

Beatrix is the best property owner of the many we have had over the years! Perfect satisfaction

The reason for our stay was not an ordinary one. Our family had gone through a painful time and we were hoping to find renewal and healing. I can't express how stress free, immaculate and convenient we found the accommodations. The location is centrally located. The amenities of the resort satisfied all ages and the security of the resort was an added bonus. Our last night we walked from our front door to the beach to watch the annual new year's fireworks celebration. It was lovely. I think the word lovely sums up our feelings!!

Great Vacation Rental

Owner was very easy to contact & responded in a friendly & short time. My husbands family has been staying in this condo community for a week each summer for the last 37 years. We had previously rented from the condo association but those units are NOT updated and do not provide you with anything! This unit was updated very nicely & clean! Literally provided more than what you needed to enjoy a few days or longer at the beach. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The location was perfect in the community as it was very private. The patio was so nice to sit out and not see any neighbors. Definitely would recommend this owner & unit to anyone!

Cute Little Retreat

This beach inspired townhouse was fantastic and very clean. It had everything you could need plus a few nice extras. Beatrix was amazing at getting back to me when I had questions. It was raining so we didn't get to enjoy the pool etc, so spent our time relaxing in the home. We have no complaints at all but if we had to put some, I would say the tv's could be larger, but not really a big deal to most of us- just the men :) The one issue we did encounter was with the neighboring townhouse. Every time we pulled up, a woman would come out and say she lived there and questioned us. Are you a guest? What are you doing here? I check up on people when they pull in! Why are you sitting in the car? It was annoying to have the neighbor question you and assume you did not belong. This wasn't the Host's issue but the neighbors. My dad has multiple sclerosis and sits while we are gathering the baby or wheelchair etc.
