About this property

We appreciate receiving a small note about you and the composition of the group as well as the reason for your stay when you make your reservation.
The house is ideal for 4 people or a maximum of 4 adults with two children (two double beds + two single beds for children).

Spacious house, bright, garden with fruit trees. near the lake of the joyful valley of 36 hectares, supervised swimming, fishing, walks, fitness trail. Heating in addition according to season.
Barbecue at disposal, peace and quiet is assured, and not overlooked by the neighbours.

The Zoo de la Flèche for fans of the show "Une saison au Zoo" is only 1/2h (30km) away. The Beauval Zoo park is also accessible (1h30).

Flexible arrival day in Low season. During school holidays we prefer weekly requests.

Basic products will be provided on arrival for your comfort: tea towels, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and tea.

Maison trés agréable au calme avec tout le confort. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. La propriétaire est aux petits soins et nous a donné de bonnes idées de visite.

Rien à jeter, on garde tout !

Ce n'est pas "chez Casto", mais pourtant "y'a tout ce qu'il faut". La maison est bien éclairée et très agréable dans un environnement très calme. Elle est bien équipée et très pratique, avec un rez-de-chaussée ayant toutes commodités (idéal quand on a un handicap ne permettant pas l'accès à l'étage). L'étage est chaleureux, et permet à chacun une intimité douillette. Le petit jardin est juste bien, comme il suffit pour s'y reposer. Enfin quand on a le temps ... Car la région offre de nombreux sites à visiter, n'espérez pas tout faire en une seule semaine ! Et la propriétaire : elle est TROP SYMPA ! Merci à vous Madame pour votre accueil. Le séjour a été vraiment super et chacun en repartant n'avait qu'un seul regret : que la semaine soit déjà finie.

Vacances formidables

Maison très agréable et bien conçue, au calme, dans un village avec tous les commerces. La propriétaire est charmante et habite dans la région. J'y ai séjourné avec mon petit garçon handicapé et on a passé de très bonnes vacances. Beaucoup de balades à faire à pied, en poussette ou en vélo et de nombreux châteaux à visiter dans la région, notamment celui du Lude tout proche. Baignade surveillée dans le lac en été.
