This is an outstanding property. The living areas downstairs were spotless and the upstairs bedrooms were clean and comfortable.The patio and the pool area were well maintained. A sea wall across from the property was used several times.Communications with the Host were excellent.Housekeeping services were provided during our stay.A chef prepared several dinners and breakfasts which were delicious.Overall, our stay was enjoyable. And we would to The Rum Club Villa again !

I read all the reviews before booking so I hope this helps someone in the future. I don't think we have ever had a vacation rental this amazing. Super clean, amazing safe neighborhood and really nice little touches. The beds were super comfortable, and I have back issues so this is important to me. We stayed 1 night at one of the big upscale resorts mainly so we could use the waterpark and the beds there were much less comfortable. Everything was clean and well stocked, with some really thoughtful snacks left for our arrival. And all the beach stuff, chairs, kid's sand bucket, cooler, made it so much better to go to the beaches everyday. We brought a 9 year old who was so delighted by the room with the bunk beds and all the kid touches around. She really enjoyed sitting at the desk making art. It was great to be able to use the kitchen instead of eating out constantly. I seriously cannot state too many times how wonderful our stay was. And Tony was always really prompt at communication.

We had the absolute pleasure to spend a week at VillaMarYSol this summer. We had friends and family come in and join us to reconnect and decompress. The property is stunningly beautiful and the property is understated in photos. There was plenty of room for all of us. Walking into the home you are welcomed to large open spaces. The kids loved the game area and the formal dining room table made plenty of room for massive game nights. The home was clean and stocked with all you need for your trip. The private beach was used daily and made for excellent snorkeling right off the property. We found huge red starfish and lots of conch and various shells right off the back! The kids were never bored, which states a lot on its own. There was a Sonos system which allowed the whole house to share in music while relaxing under on the decks. We rented a car from the airport during our stay which helped with getting around; however, everything was very close. Grocery and provisions were just about 2 miles away along with a ton of things to do. Atlantis was about a 10 minute drive away. I could certainly see a stunning wedding, or business retreat here in the future. You could easily disconnect on this property as well, as the home sits off the road which means peace and quiet all around. Thank you so much for sharing this hidden gem of a home!

Really enjoyed the stay here, My adult boys snorkeled every day in the ocean. Only thing I would have liked to have been included was shampoo and soap for the showers. House was fantastic!

The house was perfect for our group of six. It offered plenty of space and was very clean. The neighborhood was nice, and the supermarket was just a short walk away. We enjoyed several evenings dining under the gazebo. Lesley was an amazing host—when we encountered an unexpected issue with our travel plans, she went above and beyond to help, even though it was unrelated to the house. She truly wanted to ensure we had a wonderful stay in Nassau. Thank you, Lesley!

If your considering this property take it from us you will not find a more clean, private, charming property anywhere else. Our host was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond. She even gave us a free ride to the airport when she didn’t have to. What a wonderful stay we had. We will most definitely return. My review is five stars and to be honest with you I think it’s the best property and best host we have ever had anywhere.
