The Beach Avenue Beach House offers you the opportunity to sit back and relax in a very comfortable setting along Oregon's central coast. This 1938 Cape Cod boarding house, "The Beach Avenue Beach House" is ideally located in the historic Taft Heights neighborhood of Lincoln City, Oregon. Perched directly across from the beach access. The house is practically ocean front with 50 paces separating you from the the beach access. Magnificent sunset views. Watch the waves breaking on the beach from this great location. The upper sitting rooms are great for whale watching during their bi-annual migrations.
All four of the 6 x 5 front windows provide views of the beach, surf, and ocean.
A cedar deck (12 x 20) with built-in benches provides a wonderful place to enjoy a view of the ocean and the sounds of the surf. The covered front porch is also a great place to enjoy the sounds and views on those rainy days.

We rented this entire house last weekend and shared it between 4 families. It was perfect. It was great for enjoying a group dinner, then having the children in one of the studios and the adults in another area, and later each family was able to go retreat to their own unit. Very nice retreat! Away from the city, we found solitude. . . enjoyed the ocean view, surf waves, and the beautiful full moon illuminating through the big window. We were very comfortable with the fire place giving it a nice ambience. Enjoyed our weekend getaway after the New Year’s celebration!
