This inviting 3 bedroom basic Holiday House will comfortably sleep 5 adults. This is your Home away from home, situated just 300 meters from a safe swimming bay beach, 400 meters from Cowes boat ramp and 1km from Cowes town centre, making it an easy beach stroll to all the local restaurants, supermarkets, shops and cafes on the Island.
This well located Beach House has queen bed master bedroom plus sleeping for up to three people in the second bedroom with another single bed in the third bedroom, comfortably accommodating your family on your holiday.
Fully equiped kitchen with gas cooking, Television, DVD, stereo system, reverse cycle split system air conditioning and Coonarra Heater in the lounge area.
The property has a large front yard surrounded by native trees and shrubs attracting native birds. The enclosed Backyard is private and just perfect for that family BBQ with an outsetting for the family with privacy and safety in mind.
Located on a quiet street it is just great for children and anyone wanting a quiet break from the city with easy access to attractions and safe family beaches.
Ample parking for boat with large grassed front area.
Easy access to Phillip Island Penguin Parade, Local Vineyards, Nobbies, Grand Prix track, Koala Reserve, Seal watching and other Island attractions are all close at hand.
Just a short drive from Woolamai and Smiths beachs which are two of the best surf beaches in Australia. Seascape GetAway takes advantage of the quiet Bay beaches to the North and the specular Surf beaches to the South of the Island including some specular scenery.
Linen, Breakfast and Island Tours can be arranged by request.

Enjoyable stay - great accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay at Seascape. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. It is in an ideal location and only a short walk to the shops. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful during all of our correspondence. We'll definitely be back! Thanks :)

Great experience

We spent 3 nights at the house over this Easter break. The house was very clean and cozy. The soft music was on when we entered the front door, which immediately provided a welcoming atmosphere. The house has everything we need as a young family.The location is convenient, too, close to the beach and the town centre. The owner has been very helpful and friendly throughout the booking & staying process. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

Close to the beach and cozy

I stayed here with few of my mates over the long weekend. The beach was a 5-10 minute walk. The property is kept clean and tidy. It has all the basics and great value for money. We enjoyed the backyard for barbie and loved chilling on the couches in the front yard, especially with a beer. The walk to the shop is around 20 minute walk (good to burn off the extra food) or a 3 minute drive. Definitely back here in the future, also the property was owner was more than helpful and even left us advice to what to do in the local area. Thank you. We will be back!
