"Thoughtful owners, superbly maintained and decorated, cozy (with adjustable thermostats everywhere), and close to the Canal and Atwater Market. Cheerful and quiet."

  • Family Spring Break Vacation

"Whether it is the booking process and specifics shared by the owner, which were impeccable, to the chalet itself, which is very welcoming and typical of Mt Tremblant or the proximity to Mt Tremblant, the experience was enjoyed by all. The chalet is very well equipped, even a Wii station for our two boys to enjoy, a hot tub 100 yards from the chalet, which came in handy after a long day on the slopes and a ski lift less than 5 minutes walk! And not to mention the deer that passes outside the chalet every morning and evening. A highly recommended spot, which we hope to return to in the summer season!"

  • Delightful stay, beautiful home!

"Exceptional in every way, this late nineteenth century house maintained the elegance of its era yet provided our family with every modern amenity we could ask for. From the moment we stepped through the front door and were greeted by assistant manager Carol Ann, our experience was nothing but restful and relaxing; having the refrigerator stocked with breakfast basics was a thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated after a long train ride. The fully-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook meals when we wanted to, but there were many wonderful restaurants close to the house too. The neighborhood was so nice just to walk through. We were a family of six adults and, as other reviewers have mentioned, were very comfortable during our entire stay. All in all, if you're looking for a larger house, this special home has everything!"

  • Beautiful views and spacious, yet comfortable! Perfect place to relax!

"Our family had a wonderful 2 week vacation at this home. There was plenty of space for our 5 children (ages 5-14) to hang out inside and explore outside. Very safe, secure location; this is big for me with small children so I don't feel like I have to be like a hawk watching them every second. And actually I felt very relaxed everywhere I was in the whole area. The views from every window (and there are lots of them!) were breathtaking. Very private yet only a few minutes from the grocery and 15 minutes from Montavila...a great place for all ages...tubing, skiing, rafting, etc. The locals are very friendly and the maintenance guys take great care of the walkways, deck, yard, hottub, and everything all around. I am cold natured and was a little concerned about the large windows and cold weather, but the house was nice and toasty when we arrived and had great heating. I enjoy cooking food for my family and the kitchen had very nice appliances and dishes. Since we were there in the winter, we weren't able to enjoy the pool, but I'm sure it would be great for the warm season. We did enjoy the hottub and the easy access in and out. We visited the LaChute Baptist Church (about 25 minutes) and loved all the people there...they were very welcoming and we made some new friends, even the kids! Montreal is only about 45 minutes and we visited the Biodome, which was very interesting and went to see Disney's Frozen on Ice at the Bell Centre. Fantastic! We also went to Aventure Plein Air and enjoyed the dogsledding (our favorite...even our 12 year old was able to drive the sled!), excellent food, and tubing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and many other winter activities for the family. The location was great for us, wanting to get away from it all and enjoy lots of quality family time. Totally relaxing and peaceful environment! Comfy beds and bedding, plenty of towels and beautiful, comfortable furniture...delightful! and close to lots of fun things to do! If you are looking for the perfect winter vacation spot, this is it! and I can imagine it is even better, if possible, in the summer!"
