"Beautiful condo in a magnificent historical building in Old Montreal. Bright, clean and well-stocked. Availability of indoor parking was a plus. Near many attractions, restaurants and with easy access to subway stations."

"There are so many great things about this place. It has a very cozy/comfortable environment to it and everything is kept very clean. I as well as 9 other girls truly felt right at home! We enjoyed our stay here more than words can describe. There was plenty to do (sauna, cable, hottub, pool table, etc). It was a very relaxing time. The bbq was also extremely handy! Don has been super accommodating and is extremely trustworthy. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here :) I would love to come back again!"

"Our family had a wonderful experience at this rental! The pictures did a terrific job of capturing the apartment and it was exactly as described. The owner, Nicolas, was extraordinarily kind and thoughtful even going so far as to help my husband carry in luggage. The place was spotless. The bed was a little short (we are both 6'2'') but comfortable enough. My 6'2'' daughter did just fine on the futon. The futon/living room had a curtain that could be shut so she had some privacy, and she really appreciated that. We could still use the kitchen, the terrace, or leave without disturbing the sleepy teenager who would rather stab herself than get up before 11 a.m. Be sure to go to Atwater market- it was positively wonderful for buying baked goods, vegetables, fruits, and meats and a short walk from the unit. The bread store opens extremely early and you can have a lovely breakfast there of coffee and baked goods. The Metro was awesome- we parked the car for the whole duration and purchased the 3 day unlimited pass for $18 each, and went everywhere. Parking in front of the unit was not a problem so long as you are good at parallel parking. Restaurant prices overall are very reasonable. Try Robin Du Bois, a charity based restaurant that is very reasonably priced and proceeds going toward helping the homeless. Had a great meal there and it was a family favorite. Neighborhood was extremely safe, although there is graffiti every where. No worries though, as single females walked around constantly without issue. French is the language you will hear everywhere, but everyone also speaks English. The people of Montreal were extremely kind and helpful particularly since we speak no French. People would stop to offer help when it was obvious we were trying to locate something, and even walked us through the underground area a half mile or so to ensure we made it to Eton Square. Incredibly kind souls indeed. It was very hot- 90F or 32C and very humid, and far warmer than the average 75F typical of August. The apartment did have a portable A/C, but it was still very warm... tolerable overall though. We will absolutely be returning and my daughter is already begging me to book the place again since there was so much we didn't have time to see. If this is your first VRBO experience, try this owner- he will be amazing for you! We arrived early and he let us in and stored our luggage so we could start our day while he finished up. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!!"
