  • Perfect house for Disney

"We were very pleased with this house, it was very close to the attractions that we went to. It was only a mile or so from Champions Gate, and 2 miles from I-4. The house had everything that was mentioned and shown in the ads. The way the rooms were set up was a perfect fit for our group. It was a very well laid out floor plan. We had 8 people, 4 adults 3 teenagers, 1 child, of course the pool was a big hit with the kids, we paid for heat and we swam every chance we had. We even swam in the rain one day. The house has a lot of items for people with small children, highchair, strollers, etc they even had bicycles if you wanted to take a ride. I would definitely stay here again. The beds were nice and the house was very clean. We had to call the Mgmt company the first night about a question with the pool and he answered our questions and stayed on the phone until we did everything and got it working. Everybody was very pleased with the internet speed it was much faster than what we get at home, with 3 teenagers and everybody on cellphones it never dropped. We visited Disney, EPCOT and Universal a day each and had a blast. Mr. Qu answered all our e-mails promptly and was very helpful, the check-in procedures he sent covered everything we needed. We just wished we could have stay longer. My only suggestion if you are going to stay here, research the surrounding area for places to eat before you go. We got to busy the week before and didn't look at them so we missed out on some real good places because we didn't know about them. We were in the house November 21st -26th 2014 Robert"

  • Great property

"This is a great place to vacation! The layout of the house is completely functional for entertaining. There are two living areas, a dining room and breakfast area. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of space. The pool area is great for relaxing and the heated pool is great for those cool FL nights. Both bathrooms open to the pool area which makes it easy to avoid a mess when coming into the house from the swimming. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again."

  • Cayman House

"This house is absolutely amazing. Although we booked the house for a business trip we felt like when we got home from the convention we were staying at a resort. Cayman House elegant yet very comfortable. Everything was in perfect working condition and the beds are soft and comfortable. The patio/pool area is by far the most amazing part of the home and even though we didn't use the pool and spa...we spent most of our time there even though it was January. The game room was very impressive and the neighborhood was all you could hope for with tennis courts right around the corner. The commute to and from Disney and the Convention Centers was remarkably easy. Dining and shopping close by. And to me, the most important, we never had to contact management company and the owner of the house always answered any questions I had via email promptly. We hope to rent this house again for our next conference."

  • Great place to stay in Orlando

"My husband, sister and nephew stayed at this very comfortable townhouse while staying in Orlando. It was clean, well stocked with necessities and close to all the parks. We had no reason to ever contact the property management. It gave everyone the privacy of their own bedroom and bathroom, yet provided a comfortable kitchen/dining/ living room area to sit together and discuss the day's events and next day plans. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner. However, it was within a mile or two of all restaurant types, from fine dining to fast food. There was a drug store on the grounds and grocery store nearby. It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We felt at home here, all for a very reasonable rate."

Orlando Travel Tips

Orlando sits in central Florida, a not so far drive from either coast and surrounded by several beautiful lakes. Just a two-hour drive from Jacksonville and three hours from Miami, you can reach the ocean in about 50 minutes.

There are plenty of attractions to see and places to visit in Orlando, including the University of Central Florida, shopping and dining destinations and the Walt Disney World Resort just down the road in Lake Buena Vista.

Must-see attractions in Disney/Orlando

Walt Disney World Resort: There are four major theme parks, two water parks and a shopping, dining and entertainment district that comprise the resort. Of course, families and individuals alike enjoy the tradition of visiting Disney World, where they can see Cinderella’s castle, ride the traditional amusement park rides like the spinning teacups and walk down Main Street before taking in the nightly parade and show.

Universal Studios: People who want to take on the action-packed thrills of the resort can head to Universal Studios Florida to find rides based on their favorite movies such as Transformers: The Ride 3-D, The Incredible Hulk Coaster and The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man. Harry Potter fans will enjoy a replica of the magical world that caught their attention at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Islands of Adventure. Universal Studios also boasts a nightclub and restaurant district, so adults can enjoy the pleasure of being surrounded by their favorite theme rides while dining and raising a glass with friends and family.

LEGOLAND Florida: What kid doesn't love LEGOS? At LEGOLAND Florida, your children and kids at heart can enjoy traversing a park that is solely dedicated to one of the world's favorite toys.

Water attractions: Guests can get a little wet and wild at SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. SeaWorld will give you the greatest show you’ve ever seen of your favorite marine animals, including dolphins and killer whales. If you make a trip to Discovery Cove, you’ll get the chance to jump in the water and go swimming with the dolphins.

Orlando Golf Courses: A trip to Florida wouldn’t be complete without spending a day on the green. There are several courses in Orlando to choose from, many of which offer specials, such as unlimited golf to visitors who stop by for a round. Two of the best courses in the city include Grand Cypress Golf Club’s North and Southeast. Since the weather in Orlando is perfect year-round, you’ll always want to make sure you have a pair of golfing shoes with you.

Orlando Spas: There’s more to Orlando than theme parks. There are also several spas where you’ll find relaxation and rejuvenation. Not only are there spa menus for the adults, but even the kids can get a massage or spa treatment to help them relax on their getaway.

Shopping and Dining in Disney and Orlando

Dining at Walt Disney World Resort: If you’re in the Disney Resort, you aren’t cut off from the shopping and dining world. If you want to celebrate Oktoberfest no matter what time of the year it is, Biergarten is the place for you. The beer flows freely and joyous memories are made as you drink like a German and spend time at the happiest place on Earth. In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can enjoy a dining experience similar to what you would have had growing up with the baby boomers at the 50s Prime Time Cafe. Foods of all varieties can be found at The Epcot Center, including Scandinavian, Eclectic, American and Seafood.

Outlet Malls: Travelers will be no strangers to bargains at the outlet and factory shopping centers in Orlando. There’s the Orlando Premium Outlets on International Drive and Vineland Avenue as well as the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. Lake Buena Vista features stores like Carters, Eddie Bauer, Fossil, Tommy Hilfiger and Old Navy, where you can save as much as 75 percent off retail prices. The Premium Outlets on International Drive feature more than 200 premium shops such as Sperry, J. Crew, Kate Spade, Polo and Neiman Marcus. Premium Outlets on Vineland Avenue is a great stop for those staying near Disney or SeaWorld because of its 150 tenants like Coach, Lacoste and even Disney outlets.
