  • Great location and resort

"We enjoyed a two week stay here in July 2014 and had a great time. Having lived in Naples, we knew this would be a convenient area and it certainly was. We brought our bicycles and rode to many places including Publix, Fresh Market and Waterside Shops. The grounds of the resort are very well kept and the grilling area was great. We used it a few times to make dinner. There are 7 or 8 gas grills for guests to use. We used the walk-in closet in the master bedroom as a sleeping area for our 11 month old. The pack & play fit in there with extra space leftover. The beach pass was a great bonus...we used it almost every day and it was a short two mile drive. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had. We hope to return here next year."

  • Two retired ladies from Wisconsin

"Thank you Sheila and Mark for allowing us to share your beautiful condo. It is so bright, clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything in it that we could possibly have needed, from chairs to take to the beach to Noodles to use at the pool. The condo was also well supplied with linens, towels, dishes etc. The grounds at Park Shore Resort are absolutely breath taking. The pictures on your web sight are beautiful, but they just don't do it justice. The entire time we felt like we were in a tropical paradise. No matter which direction you look from your lanai, it is beautiful. It was so peaceful and relaxing to sit out on your very spacious lanai while eating dinner, or just having a drink and just appreciate the beauty all around you. We have vacationed at many different places, and have never had a swimming pool come close to comparing to yours. It is huge, and you can go right into the water without having to try to get use to it. And, there were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool for all the guests. In all our vacations, we have never seen such a pool. It was wonderful. In the evening, it was just nice to walk the paths and bridges around the complex. So relaxing to watch the ducks and turtles swim by you in the pond. The paths were all lit up with colored lights in the evening which was so pretty. We made so many new friends during our stay. I think when people are really relaxed and enjoying themselves, they tend to take the time to say Hi to strangers and "compare notes". We shared dinners with other guests while we all grilled out. It was great fun. We have taken so many photos to show our friends and family, because it is impossible to describe with words alone. Just can't do it justice. It was hard to see our vacation come to an end, and we are anxious to come back next year. Thank you again."

  • Lovely Cottage

"My wife and I had a two week stay in January and found the cottage to be ideal for what we were looking for. The back yard is completely fenced which was perfect for our little dog. The cottage is very clean and comfortable. The central location made it a very easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The cottage is older - maybe mid-70's? - but has been completely remodeled and refinished so that it has a very open feel. The screened in lanai is large and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. We did not have any negative issues with the owner at all. The only thing slightly negative is the galley-style kitchen can get crowded. The kitchen is nicely done with granite and the appliances are new - it's just a little tight if you were to have a crowd in there trying to prepare a meal at the same time. For us though, it was perfect."

  • Paradise

"Wow is all I can say! We loved the unit and what an amazing experience. Suck an amazing vacation and such a beautiful place. The unit is amazing with awesome side ocean views. The owners stock the unit well with beach stuff, stuff to help keep unit clean, they even have a little office setup in master bedroom for any business people. So well maintained so clean. Everything is decorated beautifully. The beach area is amazing and pool is awesome. We loved cooking on the outdoor grills by pool area. Unit was do clean I felt like I was at home. Only low point was someone in built ding complained about too many kids in pool area on 4th of July. I guess they forgot what bring a kid is like!!! The staff at Savoy is so helpful and heart warming. I cannot say how amazing the unit is and experience was ! We will be back next year! Thank you mr. And mrs. Wiethrich!"
