Situado en una tranquila calle residencial con un amplio salón de planta abierta y cocina le da la bienvenida. Hay una habitación doble con capacidad para 2 personas y un gran sofá cama doble que también tiene capacidad para 2 personas.

Hay una gran hoja de la gota mesa de comedor (con 4 sillas almacenados debajo) que puede acomodar a 4 personas a su alrededor. Todo lo habitual Materia de cocina, frigorífico, congelador, lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora y un montón de platos y cubiertos - con té, café, leche proporcionada. También hay una lavadora nueva marca y secadora por separado.

El baño es moderno recientemente reformado con ducha y bañera.

I was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness of much of the apartment and how old and in need of replacement many things are. The bed was comfortable enough though a bit on the small side and the pillows were quite old and flat. The location is excellent and the apartment itself is pretty nice by London standards, and it was great to have a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit. Also nice to have the pullout bed under the sofa, though that also seemed pretty old and not as clean as I would prefer. The owner was very responsive, although there were some strange exchanges about the oven which could only cook at 100% heat and was clearly a fire hazard but he did end up replacing it.

Normally I don’t respond to reviews but in this instance I felt it necessary. Shindo was unable to use the oven - I swapped it for a new one to appease him (the old one is now in my own home - working perfectly). Shindo also could t operate the vacuum cleaner as it looked like he’d vacuumed up some vomit. It was so disgusting I had to replace the vacuum cleaner. Shindo never mentioned this. Shindo somehow broke the wall clock - and never mentioned this eithet. Any mention of cleanliness mentioned in Shindo’s review above must have been made on the day of check out as it was evident that in 3 months he hadn’t dusted, cleaned the bathroom/toilet or changed his bedding. In 12 years of hosting and thousands of guests Shindo is in the top 5 worst. Do yourself a favour and read the 10 reviews previous to this one to get a better idea of the space.

Short stay in Camden

This location checked all the boxes for me. It was conveniently located but just off the main drag enough to be quiet at night! The place was clean and the check in process was easy. Lloyd was quick to respond to messages. I’d stay here again.

Very handy location

Great location for under and over ground. Clean, smelt nice, only gave it 4 overall as main bed was definitely in need of upgrade and kitchen equipment too.

Thanks Liza - just had a guest cancel based on your review. I think it’s worth noting that US and Aus guests like a soft bed and Euros a firm bed. Since I have more Euros I’m guessing the bed was too firm for you. Apologies. Very difficult to have a mattress that suits every individual in the world. Not sure what upgrading kitchen equipment means but feel free to pm me.

Great flat!

Well located in cool Camden, lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby, and easy transit to other parts of town. Perfect for our last few days in London. Lloyd was very accommodating and friendly and the flat was stocked with milk and bread, coffee and tea, everything we needed for our stay.

It was nice to have a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Location was good. However, the apartment is quite small.

Sorry to hear you thought the apartment was small Carol and deducted me 2 stars in that regard. It is clearly shown in pictures on the listing. It’s also probably worth noting Canada is 40 times bigger than the UK and has 30 million less people.

Cozy in Camden

Lloyd was very communicative and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions. The apartment itself is clean and located a few minutes walk from Camden High Street. Both main bed and sofa bed was comfortable and shower bath was spacious with hot water. Kitchen had everything you needed to make basic meals, but opted not to use the microwave as it had seen better days (this desperately needs replacing). Laundry room was amazing for us as we were able to wash and dry all of our clothes before heading to our next destination. Overall, our stay was enjoyable - thanks again Lloyd! :)

Good base

This apartment was a great place to explore in and around London. Easy access to trains and buses; even walkable to many spots. The apartment was suitable for my wife, myself and my adult son. Lloyd was responsive and resolved our minor issues quickly. Check in and instructions were easy to follow. I would recommend this apartment.

3 night stay

Great Location in terms of Camden if you want pubs, food and shops. Easy access to tube and bus links. Fantastic how Lloyd had groceries in the cupboard. If your parched wen you arrive you can pop kettle on and av a cuppa then think about your own supplies. Also the kitchen area had plenty of utensils and pots. The small table was great as provided us with a surface for games and at eating times. Thank You Lloyd for letting us stay at your flat.

Another great stay!

This is my second time staying here and already booked for next summer!! Great transportation options, stores, restaurants all within minutes! Quiet at night. Coming home from theatre at night, if you take bus 29, drops off about minute from door after you cross street. But be aware that there are 4 Camden stops, Camden High Street, Camden Station, Camden Road (jump off here for Sainsburys), then the one that is closest, Camden Road Station. Everything great apart from beds, I hardly slept as so uncomfortable needs new mattress also the sofa bed seemed to have dip neither were ok would stop me using again

On attending the property on check out the sofabed had been folded out and used incorrectly. I would have happily corrected the guest on how to use had I known. The mattress on the bed is less than a year old.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Very little issues the place is very clean. I couldn’t open the lock box but my daughter did in a second. The flat is a walk up with luggage. It could be a little annoying but it’s only one floor up .. Only issue is the couch is a little low, my husband and daughter are tall and the mattress in the bedroom can use a mattress topper, but besides that everything was great . The host is very helpful our flight arrived early and he was very accommodating. My 1st time visiting London the Camden area is really nice and convenient.

Good location

Check in was easy. Lyon responds on time. You have everything you need but they are outdated, old and smelly, filthy. The bed and sofa stinks, very uncomfortable for you can feel the spring of the bed, and the couch was soggy. Every night seemed insect invasion. We bought 4 big sprays in our 1 week of stay. Fridge was dirty and smelly. Some food inside were expired. Didn’t have a restful vacation. We should have stayed elsewhere cleaner.

Sorry to hear you’re having a bad day Maria. I didn’t hear anything from you during your stay (apart from the toilet you blocked on your 2nd day). Not sure what I did to offend you but for anyone who’s reading the above read 5 other reviews of the property at random to get a more ‘balanced’ view.

Quit looking! Book this!!

I have stayed many places around London and this is my favorite! Very cozy and comfy. Love having full size dishwasher! But my fav was having a real separate dryer! So many European rentals either just have washer or combo washer/dryer which I use as just washer anyway since I hang some stuff. I would do a little load of wash every night after the theatre so there was time for stuff to dry, especially jeans! But no more, can wait a few days. Love that I can wash a night shirt then actually wear it that night! Lloyd is great to work with, quick to respond, very friendly and welcoming. But maybe best thing overall is the location!! For transport, just minutes to 29 or 168 buses to West End, maybe 8 minute walk to tube (underground). And huge Sainsburys grocery store is about 5 minutes away, plus there is a little convenience store (think it's called Royal Market?) literally across street to get water, sodas, those heavier things you don't want to carry. Loads of restaurants around, my fav to grab something to bring back is Wasabi by the tube station! I love their vegan sushi! The building is secure and clean, very quiet. I found area to be pretty quiet, besides a little train noise which wasn't that bad actually. Some people mentioned it was noisy from bars at night, one Friday night it got noisy with people walking home from partying but I was there 2 other Fridays and both were quiet. If you get a noisy night, good time to run the dishwasher to drown out sound!

Super appartement à Camden

Logement au top pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants Gros atout: son emplacement. Appartement au top !

Appartement propre et très bien situé dans Camden town. Épicerie juste à côté, ainsi que le métro ou train , ce qui est très pratique ! Lloyd a été super sympa et très réactif à nos demandes ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !
