A Orihuela Costa, belle villa moderne orientée sud entièrement climatisée avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et grande piscine privée de 9 x 3 (CHAUFFAGE EN OPTION - contacter le propriétaire). Si vous le souhaitez vous pourrez aussi profiter d'une piscine communautaire.
Au rez-de-chaussée, la villa se compose d'une pièce de vie ensoleillée toute la journée (coin repas, salons), d'une cuisine ouverte toute équipée, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bains. Cet espace est accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
L 'étage dispose de deux belles chambres séparées d'une salle de bains et d'une grande terrasse doté de transats et d'un salon de jardin.
A l'extérieur, vous pourrez profiter d'un jardin arboré, d'une grande terrasse avec stores électriques et d'une grande piscine orientée au sud pouvant être chauffée sur demande (avec supplément), le tout est équipé d'une grande table, d'une plancha, d'un barbecue, des transats et des parasols.
Wifi gratuit (fibre optique), chaînes TV internationales (anglais, français, allemand, espagnol...).
La villa se situe dans un quartier résidentiel proche des golfs (Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Colinas et La Finca), des plages (Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima, La Zénia, Playa Flamenca) et tous les commerces de la Fuente sont accessibles à pied (restaurants, bars, supermarchés, pharmacie, distributeur automatique…).
A 5 mn vous trouverez le grand centre commercial de la Zénia Boulevard (plus de 150 magasins et restaurants) ouvert tous les jours de 10h00 à 22h00.
A quelques minutes de là, la ville de Torrevieja et ses animations et aux alentours les villes Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Mar Menor, Carthagène...

What an incredible 12 days we've just spent at this villa. The villa is everything you see in the pictures and more. Immaculately clean with stunning outside areas. The pool is fantastic and my two children had hours of fun in there. Fabulous communication from Rachel, the owner and Evette, the manager. The villa is within 5 minutes walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, as well as two large supermarkets.Bus routes within a few minutes walk that can take you to La Zenia one way and Caba Roig, the other way.We loved everything so much, we've already booked to come back again next year.Thank you Rachel for your exceptional hospitality and to Evette for making our stay smooth and comfortable.

Beautiful Villa, very spacious and a lovely pool area to sit and chill, pool does go quite deep but was fine for us as the children can swim. Really close to some lovely restaurants and a big Aldi just a few minutes walk.

Amazing Stay

The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay, we paid extra for the pool to be heated, and it felt like getting in a warm bath, the location is great, and a car is needed if you like to adventure out, but all the amenities are near by if you just want to stay local. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and can't wait to return.

This is the first time we’ve been on a villa holiday and it won’t be the last. I’m so glad we chose this villa, we were absolutely spoiled. The villa is beautiful. Rachel and Evette were brilliant from the first enquiry to checking out, fast response to any question I had. The villa is in a great location, nice and quiet, only a 2 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants, 5 minute walk to Aldi or mercadona supermarkets (both closed on Sundays) the villa is very spacious, you get the sun all day long whether that be on the sun terrace or the private little garden to lazing by the massive 9m x 3m pool. We chose to get the pool heated which was a good choice, it’s well worth the little bit extra to do so. 3 generous sized bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need, large drive to park the car, air conditioning was a god send to keep the villa cool. If you’re thinking about it, book it, you won’t be disappointed. We loved our week at the villa and we will be returning if I can find dates as you will see it’s booked for months ahead which tells you all you need to know. Thank you Rachel thank you Evette.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the villa. It was extremely well equipped, very clean and the pool was so lovely to cool off in the summer heat!The villa is in a great location, a short walk to lots of bars/restaurants and 2 super markets. It is also only a 10 minute drive to La Zenia beach and shopping centre, we enjoyed walking the coastal path from La Zenia to Cabo Roig!It was a very simple check in/check out process, we were met by the lovely Evette who showed us around the property.We would 100% recommend, and would love to stay there again!

Beautiful villa with a great location to bars and restaurant that were a 1 minute walk away. 10 minutes drive to some beautiful beaches and Zenia shopping mall. Opted for the heated pool which was great, lovely and warm in December/January. Brilliant hosts that sorted out any problems straight away. Problem with tv and a new tv installed within 2 days by Evette the key holder caretaker. The villa had everything we needed from towels to cleaning products!!

Great Villa, Great Location

This villa has everything you need for a wonderful family holiday. Lots of outdoor spaces to sit in the sun or shade if you prefer. The pool was excellent, especially with the heated option as we went in April. Inside the villa there bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen well equipped and great sitting areas. The location is fantastic, close to everything you could need whether eating out or supermarket shopping. We will be back.

Absolutely amazing

We can't recommend this property enough. The location of the property is perfect, also for sunbathing the pool gets the sun all day. Inside of the villa was absolutely beautiful, very light, spacious and clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with and all questions were answered. Can't wait for our return visit.

Brilliant stay in a beautiful villa

The villa had everything we needed pool was heated and perfect for day and night swims. Evette the manager was great kept contact and there when we needed anything and very quick to respond. La Fuente square 3 mins walk away Adrianne’s restaurant is the best food and great price service is amazing. Champagne bar perfect owner nothing too much trouble and 2 cocktails for8 euros on happy hour 4-6pm great start to an evening.

What can I say the villa is beautiful with everything you could need, the outside space is brilliant, lots of areas to sit on the sun and the shade. Check in and out is an easy process and communication with Rachel and Evette was really good. The location could be better with bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarket s close to hand. I would definitely recommend the villa to family and friends. We had a fantastic stay

Great villa. Good place to recharge and relax. Kids loved the pool. (As did we..haha) Absolute plus is the sun awnings around the villa. Theres always a nice shady place. Many restaurants at 150 mtr. (La Fuente) We loved it! Thanks!

Great break had a week in Rachel’s villa it was great everything you could want and more we had the pool heated and it was up to temp for our arrival we eat out every so didn’t test the villa facilities in that department, location was good places to eat right close by thanks Rachel will hopefully be back again next year Phil
