We really loved staying here. Beautiful loft with laundry in unit and a very comfortable bed! The neighborhood is perfect and the locals running the shops and restaurants next door were so friendly.

This was a great place to stay in Florence. The location is perfection and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. It’s absolutely walkable from the train station, even with luggage (about 15 minutes, and mildly uncomfortable). The key situation was a little testy, but I think that’s normal for these Italian buildings. The concierge gave us good tips to get them to work.

The loft is exactly as shown in the listing. It was very clean, comfortable, and the location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.The only thing to keep in mind is that the listing mentions both a washer and dryer, but the unit only has a dryer. Other than that, everything was exactly as described and we had a great experience.

Amazing location. The air conditioning was so appreciated. The only thing I would mention is that the furniture is awful. There really is only one bed up in the loft but it’s very comfortable. The sofa bed looks iffy. We didn’t open it. There is a broken table and another small dining table. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looks fine.

Great location and apartment was exactly as advertised in the listing. Having the washer for laundry was great. Communication and check in process was smooth and easy. If you have any mobility issues you may have issues with the stairs to the apartment and getting to the loft but it wasn’t an issue for us. Only negative was that the loft air conditioning unit dripped water onto the kitchen table and it hon on some of our stuff over night. We didn’t notice it until the morning. We put a bowl under it and it caught it for the remainder of the stay. Another plus was the abundance of hot water in the shower. We wood stay there again when returning to Florence.

We got in later than expected, and I was having issues with my phone. fortunately Otas showed up at the pre-appointed time around five o'clock and let us into the room.There are three locks to access the room on the third floor. The main door, the gate to the 2nd floor and finally a skeleton key for the room door. If Otis hadn't made us unlock the doors ourselves, we would have been convinced we had the wrong keys. The locks are tricky. Also the room is three or four flights up. There is a loft for the main bed and a sofa bed if needed on the main floor. Washing machine with detergent was provided, but as usual in Italy, no dryer.Enjoyed our stay, centrally located near the Ponte Vechio bridge.
