A fully furnished one bedroom annex adjoined to our family home. Consisting of shared entrance porch. Private secure entrance to annex. Lounge with 2 sofas, coffee table, 43inch smart TV, table with 2 chairs. Leading through to shower room with toilet and wash basin . Small kitchenette with sink and fridge freezer, cooking hob , microwave, kettle and all necessary utensils. Leading to double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and door to rear of property where guests are welcome to eathe al fresco.
Ideally positioned for leeds Bradford airport (10 mins by car) and the Yorkshire dales. 5 min walk to closest bus stop . 15 mins to train station serving Leeds and ilkley.
Check in after 15:00.
Check out 10:00.
If no guests before or after this can be flexible.

Spotless

The annex is a great place to stay. Absolutely spotless, everything you need, the hosts are attentive but not intrusive. We have stayed there twice now and would do so again.

I'll be back!

I absolutely loved my stay! The hosts were amazing, responsive and very helpful. The annex was exactly as advertised, very cozy, clean, and welcoming. Public transportation was easy and close by. You can get pretty much anywhere you want to go, easily. Lovely little neighborhood, quiet and fresh. I highly recommend this place of stay.

Hidden Gem

What a lovely place to stay absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a cosy relaxing stay. Colin & Fernanda were Lovely and Friendly and couldn’t do enough for you nothing was a hassle to them, they made us feel at home. Would Highly Recommend this lovely Annex to Everyone, We will Definitely be back to this 5⭐️ Accommodation No more Hotels for us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quiet and cozy

This location was perfect for our purposes, and the cottage was a good size for two people. Colin and Fernanda were very helpful. We appreciate that we were allowed to park in their driveway.

Southern Yorkshire - Ilkley Moor Bartat

The accommodation was accurately advertised, and the hosts were very generous in setting the place with milk and other immediate needs and towels, drying up cloths, etc. A very good place from which we visited Leeds, Harrogate, York, the Humber Bridge, Bradford and Ilkley Moor.

Annex in Guiseley

What a find, the accommodation was lovely, spotlessly clean, very friendly owners central for so much, near airport, but handy for visiting so many lovely places in Yorkshire. Very very highly reccomended First Class.
