The location of this property is nice, it's close enough to town for a short drive or a walk if the weather is nice. The property is easy to find and it's nice that there are 3 separate sleeping areas for a group trip. The king bed seems to have some structural issues as it fell off the support slats under just one normal sized adult's weight. The wall outlets in the secondary bedroom downstairs overheated my friend's phone while it was charging which was strange. The upstairs toilet flushed very slowly, and the hand soap in that bathroom ran out during our stay. The hand lotion was much appreciated since it is very dry in Jackson in the winter.
We loved the location to town and snow king mountain activities! The place was super cute and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the morning and head out for a day of hiking. Beds were comfy and plenty of extra towels were available!
Three of us stayed here for a long weekend. Easy access to town and Snow King. Everyone had their own space and every basic was covered. Would highly recommend the place!
We booked this place for just one night as it was a quick stop on our way

The location was great. We walked most places when weather permitted. We had just enough room for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and I had groceries delivered ahead of time.
We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay.

Quiet, unassuming, property nestled against snow king. Easy to reach town by car with some encouragement to do it by walking for those 60+. Hard to find initially, but easy to get back to once you know.
As described on the website with exception of the two levels.
This booking was fine...very clean, basic and adequate. The surprise came when we discovered the two levels which was a bit of a challenge for one in our party but we made it work. The booking staff were excellent and really helped when we could not find the facility on the night we checked in. Thanks for a nice stay!
Excellent location. Very clean. Walked to the base of Snow King and all the activities there and walked downtown. Didn’t have a baking sheet and only had salt and pepper but that was on us hoping it was well stocked. Definitely warm inside during the day without AC but super cool and nice with the windows open at night
This place is large enough for 6 people so for 2 it was fantastic. Well equipped. Only issue was the internet which was sketchy or non existent. The cords for the TV, Internet, connections are visible and look like a fire trap. Not very professional. Staff was very attentive and responsive. Overall, great place that we would stay again for sure. 15 mons from the airport and 10 mins for the park entrance.
Excellent location at base of the mountain overlooking Jackson, a short walk from Snow King ski lift......though its much more worth it to drive to Jackson Hole Teton Village resort and take the Tram to 10,450 feet !!! A highlight of our trip. .....tiny kitchen but serviceable.....nice welcome bag of coffee which we used.......only disappointments were no information binder, which is always helpful wherever we go (local attractions, dining, local map, instructions for TV viewing etc etc_....., and no instructions on using the TV.....and the downstairs bedroom TV is not connected to anything. ......It was 4:10 pm before we received an access code, and we had to walk around trying to figure out where our condo was.....numbering system is strange....communicaton with Outpost was very good, even if not helpful.
Overall we really enjoyed the property. There were very nice small touches such as hand lotion, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even a little sample of coffee. The unit did have a fire place which had a strong odor of wood ash. I’m not sure if the chimney needs to be cleaned or the ash hasn’t been cleaned out. We also noticed the floors weren’t the cleanest but everything else was very clean. Additionally, it seems that the kitchen sink faucet was loose and the main porch door handle was loose. The location is very quiet and in a good area. I would definitely book with this company again!

Nice rooms, difficult to find
Very difficult to find unit. Need better instructions in email. Called outpost, they told us directions, which were wrong. Unsure of where to park. Wasted 2 hours just trying to find which building and unit. Had to haul trash out in our vehicle because there were no canisters outside anywhere.

Hi Jamie,
We are terribly sorry you had issues locating the condo! Although the address is listed in our confirmation email and shows up on GPS directions, we have updated our email directions to specify exactly where the condo is within the Pitchfork complex so that our future guests don't have any issues. We hate to hear that you had to spend 2 hours of your time locating the unit.
The trash information is listed in the Welcome Packet we leave inside the condo for all of our guests. Within the Welcome Packet there is a trash section on the third page which describes that there are 2 large dumpsters located in the parking area. We are sorry this was overlooked and you had to put the trash in your own vehicle! That is certainly not something we expect our guests to do and would have been happy to take the trash out for you.
We hope that despite these issues you were able to enjoy your time in Jackson Hole!
Cheers,
The Outpost Crew
My wife and I came to Jackson to enjoy the Grand Teton National Park. This was a great place to stay for enjoying the park or the ski slopes that were walking distance away. All the units around us were occupied but it was quiet and peaceful. Parking for the units is first come first serve but we had a close space all but one evening we were there. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The property managers were attentive and easy to reach if you needed them. I had a question about our stay and they were very quick to get back to me. We liked it so much we tried to stay an additional night but it was already booked. You are a short drive to the National Park and all the restaurants and stores downtown. You could walk to center of town but it was a little far for us so, we drove. They had areas for ski equipment storage so it would make a great place for a ski vacation. We would stay here again.
Loved the location near Snow King Mountain. Walking distance to many things. Property owners/management was great. Friendly and responsive. I overall loved the aesthetics of the house. We had everything we needed. No AC didn't bother us. Cool enough at night to open windows and be comfortable. We were never hot.
Small cons that won't bother everyone: The bathrooms are tiny and dated and reminded me of a college dorm bathroom. The only TVs in the house are where our children were sleeping (in the bunk bed bedroom and in the upstairs living room where the built-in bunk beds are), so it felt like when we put our children to bed, we had to hide for hours in our bedroom in a small space with no TV. Just an overall odd layout of the house to work with.
Thanks for having us. It was overall a good stay!
