豪華な、最近（2019）改装された2 + 2人用のアパート、ホール、ベッドルーム、バスルーム、キッチン、リビングルーム。 海とアルブフェイラの港の素晴らしい景色を望むバルコニー。南西向き。 リビングルームとベッドルームの両方にエアコンがあります！

このアパートは2019年1月に改装され、完全に改装され、改装されており、忘れられない休暇を過ごすために美しいアパートを確実に見つけることができます。 すべての壁が塗り替えられ、家具の多くが更新され、キッチンのインテリアが更新され、特に電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、ケトル、食器洗い機、冷蔵庫と冷凍庫の組み合わせなどが完全に装備されました。 新しい寝具とタオル、新しいテレビ（国際チャンネルを含む）など。 言及するには多すぎる... 結果に非常に満足しています！

すべての部屋にアクセスできる広々としたホールのアパートに入ります。 ダブルベッドとして構成された2つのシングルベッド（90x200cm）を備えたベッドルームから始まり、ワードローブとエアコンが備わっています。 また、バルコニーへのアクセス。 ベッドルームの隣には、洗面台、ジェットバス、トイレを備えた独立したバスルームがあります。 廊下には、アイロン台や乾燥ラックなどの物入れが置かれた食器棚スペースがあり、もちろん物を入れるスペースもあります。 次に、完全装備のキッチンに行きます。食器洗い機、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、ガスコンロ、コーヒーメーカー、ケトル、電子レンジなど また、キッチンからバルコニーにアクセスできます。 キッチンの隣には、4人用のダイニングテーブル付きのリビングルーム、ソファベッド（145x200cm）、テレビ、エアコン、そしてもちろんバルコニーへのアクセスが可能な快適な座席エリアがあります。 外には、テーブル、椅子、サンベッドで構成されるガーデンセットがあり、太陽と景色を楽しめます。

Great place very clean, fantastic balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. The pool area is really good and wasnt too busy when we were there so no oroblem getting a sun lounger although most days we went to beach.

A great place for a holiday with children. The apartment is located in a gated community, the swimming pool is for residents only, so it's not crowded. Shops and restaurants are close by, a 10- to 15-minute walk away. The beach, Old Town, and the Marina are all within a 10- to 15-minute walk. Albufeira is hilly, so unless you rent a car, expect some uphill and downhill walking. We highly recommend it!

A beautiful apartment in a relaxed part of Albufeira that is about a 10-15 minute walk into the Old Town. The apartment features a beautiful quiet balcony overlooking the ocean, has a fantastic kitchen with stove, washing machine etc., a really comfortable bed, and access to a swimming pool that is perfect for relaxing. The hospitality of and communication with the owners and the property manager were second to none which allowed us to feel very relaxed and enjoy our holiday. Thank you for a brilliant stay at the Encosta da Orada!

Perfect!

Communication was excellent and the apartment was perfect for our 1 week stay. We were provided with clear instructions and met by the lovely Oksana who showed us where to find everything and handed us 2 sets of keys. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped along with the most amazing views from the large balcony. The communal pools are lovely and inviting with plenty of sunbeds - pool/beach towels are provided in the apartment. Location was perfect for us and within walking distance to all local amenities, beach and town. There is something for everyone in the area and suitable for all ages. The apartment is quite high up, and the walk down/up can be quite steep, but Ubers are very cheap 3-4 Euros, which we used several times. The Uber from the airport to the apartment was 32 Euros. We had no issues during our stay and would highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again and Portugal is beautiful :) Thank you Hans and Mandy for an enjoyable stay.

First Visit To Albufeira

Comfortable apartment. Our local contact was quick to resolve any issue with the condo. The location of this property is key. Within walking distance to the marina, old town. Bus stop just outside the property boundary. A convenience store (Intermarche) is a10 minute walk for groceries, bank machine, cappuccino bar. Old town is on a beautiful beach and full of shops, restaurants. The bus service is very convenient to get around town or if you want to do day trips to other towns (Lagos, Loule, etc).

Great Apartment

The property is ideally situated equidistant between the old town and the Marina. The apartment is spacious and was adequatly equipped for our needs. The views from the balcony are wonderful. This was our second visit and we enjoyed our stay as much as the first time.

This rental made our visit to Albufeira perfect

We stayed at this rental from September 5th to the 17th, 2024. Every aspect of our rental was perfect. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; all appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine, were available; the balcony extended the full length of our rental and was accessible from the bedroom, kitchen and living room; and the panoramic view from the balcony was amazing. In fact we ate many of our meals on the balcony. We also made good use of the swimming pool. Both Hans and Diana responded promptly to any questions we had about the rental. The rental is located on top of a hill, which added to the view. We were about a 10 minute walk from a great restaurant which featured music from the '70s and a grocery store; and a 15 minute walk to the Marina. We didn't rent a car this time, and we walked to the local amenities. This was was a bit of a challenge early on, but we adapted. In short, the photos of the rental featured on VRBO accurately reflected the furnishings and layout of this rental. I have no reservations about referring it to anyone looking to stay in Albufeira.

Amazing place. Clean, Nice pool, good beds, the owner was fast to answer and respond on our questions. The apartment had new facilities. The kitchen had all we needed. Nice with a dishwasher and wasing machine. We loved the big balcony and view. Close to old town and the harbor.

Good Stay

Very happy with the full process: Good comms with/from the owner, efficient arrival/handover process, clean flat, good a/c and lovely views from the wide balcony. The only slight concern is the location at the top of a hill. This might be a concern to some.

Top of the Hill

We had a great stay. The view from the deck was amazing! The Marina and neighbourhood below is so colourful and the ocean views! The apartment is spacious and the 3 doors to the deck make it seem like indoor/outdoor living. It's a short walk downhill to the Marina or to the old city. We found some nice shortcuts, still can't avoid the uphill going home!

Heel fijn appartement!

We hebben genoten in dit appartement, alles was aanwezig ( we hebben niet gekookt). Het zwembad is net zo mooi als op de foto's. Het appartement ligt met uitzicht naar de haven en zee waardoor wij elke avond konden genieten van een mooie zonsondergang. Wat het nog net completer voor ons zou maken is een grote spiegel en een parasol voor op het balkon.

Vacation April 01 - April 15, 2023

Very nice second floor Condo. Close to pool area and fantastic view Of the Marina , hills, coastline, and sunset from the patio. The Condo was very clean and a good size for a couple. If you like to cook some meals rather than eat out every day the kitchen is poorly equipped. Minimal cutlery, no knife for chopping/ slicing, no grater, no roster for oven cooking etc. The patio furniture, in particular the plastic chairs are uncomfortable if you want to sit out for any period of time. There are two sun loungers but the backs are not adjustable so you can only lay down. Attention to these details would make the stay a little nicer. We were only provided one set of keys for the main gate, condo building and the condo itself. This was problematic if my wife and I were not always together when away from the condo as one or the other did not have keys to access the condo. We did reach out to the manager regarding additional mugs, table knives and bowls so we would not have to run the dishwasher as often. ( as per the request posted on the kitchen wall) Also we requested facecloths as there weren’t any. She was unhelpful. Overall it’s a nice condo and we enjoyed our stay

Home sweet home for a month. We would return!

Communication with owner & manager was fantastic & the condo was as advertised. The owner was gracious & flexible when travel plans changed for us. Couldn’t have been happier. The gated, private complex with beautiful grounds & pool became a lovely home away from home to return to each day. Bright & modern with unforgettable views of ocean, marina & bluffs from all 3 glass sliding doors were a big seller for us! The vista could be enjoyed from the main living space, the kitchen & each morning from our bed! I’ll add that the bed is more a King size than double & very comfortable. The sunsets every night were breathtaking. The large & very private balcony was a sanctuary & made us feel we could bring the outdoors in on warm days. The airiness & sunshine all day were very welcomed during our month getaway, February into March. . Our walks to the Marina, Old Town & beyond, as well as to our friendly well equipped local grocery store, became nearly daily enjoyable routines. Views within town & beyond are lovely. It was a perfect location for us. Thank you Hans & Mandy

Appartement comme décrit dans l annonce, très propre, bien placé à 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville d Albufeira et 5 minutes en voiture de la marina. Cela fait 3 fois que je loue dans cette résidence et vraiment rien à redire.

Lovely apartment with great views

The apartment is lovely in a fantastic complex, with a gorgeous pool. The view from the apartment over the marina and sea is beautiful. The owners have been really great to deal with over the past few years whilst we rearranged around covid and personal circumstances .
